当代大学生网络法治教育研究
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of pedagogy, using the methods of literature research, comparative research and interview, based on the requirements of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, taking the network as the educational media for the education of the rule of law for college students, this paper innovates the form of the education of the rule of law for college students. This paper tries to analyze the problems existing in the network rule of law education of college students from the angle of the four elements of microcosmic education, and puts forward some concrete measures to solve the problems. The main contents and viewpoints of this paper are as follows: firstly, the network refers to the application of mobile network and information technology. At the same time, the network is characterized by the richness and sharing of resources, the interactivity of communication mode, the timeliness of information, and the uncontrollability of information release. The difference between "legal system" and "ruling by law" lies in the fact that the rule of law is the foothold and destination of the legal system. The development of the legal system is bound to realize the rule of law finally, and the rule of law has a richer connotation than the legal system. The connotation of network rule of law education for college students refers to the rule of law education activities of university students under the guidance of the national rule of law education policy, combined with the specific conditions of the school, with the help of the network, using information technology to carry out the rule of law education for college students. There are three characteristics in the network education of the rule of law for college students, namely, the educational subject and object tend to be equal, the content of the education of the rule of law is diversified, and the educational means are flexible. Secondly, through the interview method, the literature research method from the educator, the educatee, the education content, the education method four aspects, analyzes the university student network rule of law education in the present stage in the certain degree, promoted the educator comprehensive quality enhancement. It strengthens the enthusiasm of the educatees to learn independently, enriches the contents of the network rule of law education of college students, and expands the means of the network rule of law education for college students. However, at the same time, there are still some problems in the network rule of law education for college students, such as the construction of teachers, the improvement of students' own quality, the further optimization of educational content and the further improvement of educational means. Finally, to strengthen the network rule of law education for college students, the first is to strengthen the construction of teachers, focusing on setting up the concept of network rule of law education for teachers, strengthening teachers' legal literacy and online curriculum construction skills training. It is also necessary to further optimize the structure of teaching content. Second, to improve the quality of college students, to promote their independent learning, and to strengthen their self-evaluation and self-monitoring. Third, enrich the content of university students' network rule of law education, make clear that the goal of university students' network rule of law education is the foundation, the emphasis lies in increasing the content of rule of law education in various forms, such as: strengthening the construction of law general education courses and public elective courses. Systematically combing the electronic cases of rule of law education, introducing trial webcast into the content of rule of law education curriculum. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of legal education website in colleges and universities, develop various kinds of legal education software, constantly promote the construction of micro-courses of rule of law education, and improve the current assessment methods.
