浸渍法制备负载化离子液体吸附剂及其表征
[Abstract]:The adsorbent [Bmim] BF4 @ SBA-15N2 was prepared by impregnation method. It was found that the ionic liquid was mainly loaded in the pore channel of SBA-15 carrier and attached to the outer surface of the carrier in a small amount. In order to optimize the preparation conditions, the effects of co-solvent, reaction time, mass ratio of ionic liquid and carrier on the loading amount were investigated. The experimental results show that when acetone is a co-solvent, the mass ratio of ionic liquid to carrier is 6: 1, and the impregnation time is 9 h, the loading amount of ionic liquid can reach 66.8%. On this basis, the adsorption properties of the supported ionic liquids were tested by CO_2. It was found that the adsorption capacity of the supported ionic liquids increased first and then decreased with the increase of the ionic liquid load. When the load is 34.9, the adsorption capacity of CO-2 can reach 40.3 mg / g.
