熔盐介质活化法制备多孔纳米炭纤维及电化学性能研究

【摘要】:以热固性酚醛树脂为炭前驱体,经过静电纺丝法得到纳米纤维,对纳米纤维毡固化完成后,以KOH为活化剂、熔盐作为介质在高温下对纳米炭纤维造孔。结果表明,在熔盐介质中加入少量KOH可以使孔体积和比表面积有很大的提高,孔结构得到改善。当活化温度为800℃时,样品的电化学性能最高(288 F/g,0.2 A/g)。
[Abstract]:Nanofibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning with thermosetting phenolic resin as carbon precursor. After curing the nano-fiber felt, KOH was used as activator and molten salt as medium to make pores of nano-carbon fiber at high temperature.
