中国电视法制节目的叙事化研究

【摘要】：中国电视法制节目伴随着我国建设社会主义法制国家的进程产生、发展、繁荣,三十年至今全国电视法制节目遍地开花,节目形式多样,内容丰富,已成为当下中国电视最具影响力的节目类型之一。现今的电视法制节目,在体现国家法制宣传教育属性的前提下,’为了迎合市场化竞争要求,提高收视率,更多得转向于节目本身的艺术性发展,而故事化叙事就是促进这一艺术性发展的重要力量。纵观全国,叙事化已经成为了当下电视法制节目的普遍形式,这也使得用叙事学理论分析电视法制节目不仅成为一种可能,而且十分必要。叙事化技巧在中国电视法制节目高速发展的今天被各地电视台竞相模仿,但因水平参差不齐,如何在运用过程中把握好故事化叙事的“度”,避免其产生偏颇将是一个亟待解决的问题。有鉴于此,本文从叙事理论出发,对当下中国电视法制节目的故事化叙事特点进行策略上的分析,以求指导业界,并试图为中国电视法制节目的未来打开一条良性的发展之路。
[Abstract]:With the process of building a socialist legal state in China, China's television legal system programs have emerged, developed, and flourished. Three decades ago, the country's television legal system programs have blossomed everywhere, with various forms and rich contents. It has become one of the most influential TV programs in China. In order to meet the requirements of market-oriented competition and improve the ratings of television legal programs today, under the premise of embodying the attributes of the national legal system propaganda and education, they have to turn more to the artistic development of the programs themselves. The story narrative is an important force to promote the development of this art. Throughout the country, narratization has become a common form of the current television legal program, which makes it not only possible but also necessary to analyze the television legal program with narratology theory. Today, with the rapid development of China's TV legal system programs, narrative techniques are being simulated by local TV stations. However, due to the uneven level, how to grasp the "degree" of story narration in the process of application? Avoiding bias will be an urgent problem to be solved. In view of this, this paper, from the perspective of narrative theory, makes a strategic analysis of the narrative characteristics of Chinese TV legal programs in order to guide the industry, and try to open up a benign road for the future development of China's TV legal programs.
