BCZT的熔盐法制备和电学性能研究

【摘要】:采用熔盐法制备了(Ba_(0.85)Ca_(0.15))(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_3(BCZT)无铅压电陶瓷。研究了熔盐法制备的工艺参数包括预烧温度和熔盐比例。通过X线衍射(XRD)、电镜扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析了不同工艺参数对该陶瓷物相结构、微观面貌和电学性能的影响。结果表明,在预烧温度为900℃,反应物与熔盐的质量比(熔盐比)为1∶1时,陶瓷样品可获得最佳综合电学性能:剩余极化强度为10.8μC/cm~2,压电常数为366pC/N。
[Abstract]:(Ba_ _ (0.85) Ca_ (0.15) (Zr_ _ (0.1) Ti_ _ (0.9) O _ (3) (BCZT) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by molten salt method. The process parameters of molten salt preparation including pre-firing temperature and molten salt ratio were studied. The effects of different process parameters on the phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties of the ceramics were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),) electron microscope scanning electron microscope (SEM) and so on.
