采用挤出滚圆法制备苄硝唑速释小丸

【摘要】:正目前治疗查格斯病(Chagas disease)通常采用联合用药方案,主要利用苄硝唑(BNZ)和唑类衍生物与其他药物的协同作用发挥抗感染疗效。研发复方制剂的技术瓶颈在于药物间不相容、BNZ溶出缓慢和剂量调整困难等。本试验采用挤出滚圆法制备了BNZ速释小丸。采用热分析和红外光谱法进行处方前研究,考察药物与所选辅料[聚乙二醇(PEG)6000、羟基乙酸淀粉钠、微晶纤维素和交联羧甲基纤维素钠]的相容性。结果显
[Abstract]:Currently, in the treatment of Chaggs' disease (Chagas disease), a combination regimen is usually used, which mainly uses the synergistic effect of benzenidazole (BNZ) and azolium derivatives with other drugs to play an anti-infective effect. The technical bottleneck of compound preparation is the slow dissolution of BNZ and the difficulty of dose adjustment. In this experiment, BNZ rapid release pellets were prepared by extrusion round method. The compatibility of the drug with the selected excipients [polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000, sodium glycolate starch, microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose] was investigated by thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy.
