用溶胶微球法制备变色涤纶织物的温致变色机制及其性能

【摘要】:为获得一种有效的温变色功能纺织品,采用溶胶微球法制备温变色染料对涤纶织物进行染色,探讨染料浓度、染色p H值及时间对织物K/S值的影响,并通过红外光谱分析了染色织物温变色机制,考察了温变色涤纶织物的温变色可逆性、温变色响应速度及时间。结果表明:在质量浓度为6 g/L,p H为6,染色90 min条件下,染色织物的K/S值为11,干、湿摩擦牢度均在4级以上,水洗变色牢度为4级,沾色牢度为5级,染色性能较好。温变色染料在热作用下由于电子转移导致共轭体系减小使染色织物在30~55℃由深蓝色逐渐变为无色,温度降低,织物颜色恢复深蓝色,温变色差为30,变色响应速度为17 s-1,响应时间为1 s,因此,溶胶微球法温度响应变色涤纶织物具备灵敏且可逆的温变色性能。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain an effective thermochromic functional textile, the temperature chromic dye was prepared by sol microsphere method to dye polyester fabric. The effects of dye concentration, pH value and time on the K / S value of the fabric were discussed. The mechanism of temperature discoloration of dyed fabrics was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the temperature coloration reversibility, the response speed and time of temperature discoloration of polyester fabrics were investigated. The results show that when the mass concentration is 6 g / L ~ (-1) H and dyeing time is 90 min, the K / S value of the dyed fabric is 11, the fastness to dry and wet friction is above 4, the color fastness to washing is 4, and the stain fastness is 5.
