建立国际经济援助新秩序需要国际经济民主

【摘要】：纵观国际经济局势,发达国家仍然是国际经济的主导者,在国际经济活动的开展中,发达国家拥有绝对的主导权。而发展中国家处于经济秩序的末端,国家实力以及经贸能力等与发达国家仍然存在一定的差距。为了缩小贫富差距,促进经济社会和谐,就需要建立通过国际经济援助秩序,利用这种援助机制来帮助发展中国家脱贫脱困。但是,由于受到发达国家制度体系以及国际经济环境等影响,平等、民主的国际经济救援体系并不完善。为了能够推动经济民主,降低南北差异,缩小剪刀差,就必须要建立国际经济民主,通过国际经济民主来推动国际经济救援新秩序的建立。
[Abstract]:Throughout the international economic situation, developed countries are still the dominant international economy, in the development of international economic activities, developed countries have absolute dominant power. However, developing countries are at the end of economic order, and there is still a certain gap between developing countries and developed countries. In order to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and promote economic and social harmony, it is necessary to establish an international economic aid order, which can be used to help developing countries out of poverty and poverty. However, due to the influence of the system of developed countries and the international economic environment, the international economic rescue system of equality and democracy is not perfect. In order to promote economic democracy, reduce the difference between the north and the south, and narrow the scissors gap, we must establish international economic democracy and promote the establishment of a new order of international economic rescue through international economic democracy.
