一步法制备网状聚氨酯软泡及性能研究

【摘要】:以聚醚多元醇ZS-315、普通聚醚三醇ZS-2802及其他助剂为原料,采用一步法工艺制备了高开孔率(开孔率大于97%)网状聚氨酯软泡,讨论了助剂对泡沫性能的影响,并与两步法制备的网状聚氨酯软泡的物理性能进行对比。结果表明,该方法配方调节灵活,所制得的网状聚氨酯软泡物理性能优良,且与两步法制备的网状聚氨酯软泡性能相当。
[Abstract]:Using polyether polyol (ZS-315,), ordinary polyether triol (ZS-2802) and other additives as raw materials, the high porosity (opening ratio > 97%) reticular polyurethane soft foam was prepared by one-step process. The effect of additives on the foam properties was discussed. The physical properties of the reticulated polyurethane soft foam prepared by two-step method were compared. The results show that the method is flexible in formulation and has excellent physical properties of the reticulated polyurethane soft foams, and is comparable to the network polyurethane soft foams prepared by the two-step method.
