一维纳米材料的静电纺丝法制备、表征及性能研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, two parts are systematically studied: preparation, characterization and photocatalytic properties of SrTiO3 micro-nano materials by electrostatic spinning combined with sol-gel method; Preparation and characterization of Fe3O4-ZnO Composite Nanofibers by Electrospinning combined with Polymer Wire template. (1) Strontium Acetate, Tetrabutyl Titanate and Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) were used as raw materials. One-dimensional SrTiO3 micro-nano materials were prepared by electrostatic spinning and sol-gel method. The obtained nanofibers were characterized by XRD,SEM, differential thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the characteristic peaks of the prepared nanofibers are free of impurity peaks, and the pure one-dimensional SrTiO3 nanomaterials have been successfully synthesized. The diameter distribution of the fibers ranges from 50 to 400 nm. The typical diameter is about 100 nm. In addition, the results show that SrTiO3 nanofibers have good photocatalytic properties. (2) Polyacrylonitrile (PS) nanocrystalline Fe3O4 and ZnO nano-powders were co-spun by electrospinning technology to produce Fe3O4-ZnO composite nanofibers. (2) Polyacrylonitrile (PS) was used as a wire template. The Fe3O4-ZnO composite nanofibers were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and the results showed that Fe3O4 and ZnO were uniformly dispersed into the composite nanofibers. Magnetic studies show that the Fe3O4-ZnO nanofibers exhibit good soft magnetic properties and have good paramagnetic properties, and the fluorescence intensity also changes due to the shift of the peak position of the excitation spectrum in the addition of Fe3O4 to ZnO. In addition, directionally aligned Fe3O4 and Fe3O4-ZnO nanofibers were prepared by improving the electrostatic spinning device.
