对当下国家治理的制度整合探讨

【摘要】：新世纪以来,政治整合的研究成为学界关注的重要课题,而制度整合又是现代国家治理的重要基础。目前党和政府已在制度整合的诸多领域尤其是法制整合方面做出了新的努力,促进了民主法治的显著进步和国家治理的秩序优化,但笔者认为在这方面我们仍然任重道远。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the study of political integration has become an important subject of academic attention, and institutional integration is an important foundation of modern national governance. At present, the Party and the government have made new efforts in many fields of system integration, especially in the integration of the legal system, which has promoted the remarkable progress of democracy and the rule of law and the optimization of the order of national governance, but the author believes that we still have a long way to go in this respect.
