机械球磨法制备纳米TAGN及其表征

【摘要】:采用机械球磨法制备出了平均粒径为188.9nm的三氨基硝酸胍(TAGN)炸药,利用SEM、XRD和XPS分析了纳米TAGN的微观形貌、粒度分布、晶体结构和表面元素。结果表明,球磨后TAGN的形貌呈条状,粒度呈现正态分布,XRD图谱与球磨前的XRD图谱一致,并且XPS图谱中只有C、N和O 3种元素,说明球磨过程中没有杂质引入。利用DSC-IR分析对纳米TAGN的热分解过程和产物进行了详细分析,证实其热分解过程分为低温和高温两个阶段。低温分解峰为225.7℃,主要产物为大量NH3及少量的N_2O和CO_2;高温分解峰为263.9℃,主要分解产物为大量的N_2O和CO_2以及很少量的NH_3。
[Abstract]:Guanidine trinitrate (TAGN) explosives with average diameter of 188.9nm were prepared by mechanical ball milling. The morphology, particle size distribution, crystal structure and surface elements of nano-TAGN were analyzed by SEM,XRD and XPS. The results show that the morphology of TAGN after ball milling is stripe, the particle size is normal distribution, the XRD diagram is consistent with the XRD diagram before ball milling, and there are only three elements, Con N and O, in the XPS diagram, which indicates that no impurities are introduced in the milling process. The thermal decomposition process and products of nanometer TAGN were analyzed in detail by DSC-IR analysis. It was confirmed that the thermal decomposition process was divided into two stages: low temperature and high temperature. The decomposition peak at low temperature is 225.7 鈩,
