液液非均相复分解法制备磷酸二氢钾

【摘要】: 本文研究了液液非均相复分解法制备磷酸二氢钾的过程。选取了一种水溶性小,选择性好,萃取率高,易回收利用的混合萃取剂。研究了萃取磷酸以及复分解反应的平衡关系,考察了反应温度、时间、原料的配比等对反应的影响,得到了最优的工艺路线。最后确定萃取湿法酸的温度为30℃,萃取剂与磷酸摩尔浓度比为1:1.7,相比2:1,萃取反应时间20min;复分解反应中,确定反应的温度为30℃,萃取剂负载磷酸与氯化钾的摩尔浓度比为1:4,相比4:1,复分解反应时间20min。得到的母液经浓缩,在20℃下结晶,得到磷酸二氢钾白色晶体,产品KDP含量99.6%,氯含量0.2%,K2034.4%,P20551.94%,符合磷酸二氢钾工业一等品的要求。 本文以氯化钾代替氢氧化钾,湿法酸代替热法酸,大大降低了成本;采用萃取剂,使得流程简单,能耗低,产品质量高,在工艺上可行。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate by liquid-liquid heterogeneous double decomposition was studied. A mixture extractant with low water solubility, good selectivity, high extraction rate and easy recovery was selected. The equilibrium relationship of extraction phosphoric acid and double decomposition reaction was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, time and the ratio of raw materials on the reaction were investigated. The optimum technological route was obtained. Finally, the extraction temperature is 30 鈩,
