液相共沉淀法制备吉西他滨磁靶向纳米粒

【摘要】:目的采用液相共沉淀法制备吉西他滨磁靶向纳米粒,探索制备过程中的一些条件。方法观察不同搅拌速度、Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)比、p H、温度对四氧化三铁(Fe_3O_4)纳米粉的影响以及乳化水相/油相、超声时间、固化温度对磁靶向纳米粒的影响。结果制备Fe_3O_4纳米粉采用条件如下:800 r/min的搅拌速度、1.7∶1的Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)比、p H9、反应温度60℃,以及采用5∶40的水相/油相比、10 min的超声时间、100℃的固化温度。结论制备的Fe_3O_4纳米粉粒径小,纯度高,无团聚现象,制备的吉西他滨磁靶向纳米粒稳定性好。
[Abstract]:Aim to prepare gemcitabine magnetically targeted nanoparticles by liquid phase coprecipitation. Methods the effects of stirring rate, Fe~ (3) / Fe~ (2) ratio of, p H, on Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles, emulsified water / oil phase, ultrasonic time and curing temperature were observed.
