热致相分离法制备聚丙烯微孔膜及其表征

【摘要】:本文采用热致相分离法制备聚丙烯微孔膜,并考察了各种影响因素对聚丙烯膜性能的影响。首先,通过查找溶解度参数,并结合各种体系不同浓度的透光度曲线图,再测试各种样品的机械强度等方法筛选稀释剂,综合考虑后,采用牛脂胺(TA)-邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)混合稀释剂制备聚丙烯微孔膜。其次,在TA-DBP-PP体系中,改变混合稀释剂中牛脂胺的质量浓度,考察牛脂胺的浓度对膜性能的影响。随着混合稀释剂中TA含量的增多,聚丙烯平板膜的通量逐渐增加,聚丙烯膜的断裂强度降低。然后,在TA-DBP-PP体系中,改变聚丙烯的浓度,考察聚丙烯的浓度变化对膜性能的影响。随聚合物浓度的增加,表面孔的数量明显减少,膜的孔径减小。当PP浓度为20%时,膜的纯水通量可达到120 L·m-2·h-1·bar-1左右,聚丙烯膜的平均孔径是3.2μm,膜的孔隙率为61%。采用TH3988,NA-40两种成核剂,加入2.4wt%的NA-40成核剂后,聚丙烯平板膜的孔径较小,而且膜结构较紧密;加入2.4wt%的成核剂TH3988的平板膜结构较为松散。随着凝固浴温度的上升,聚丙烯膜的通量以及平均孔径呈现出上升的趋势。但是,膜的机械强度会随着凝固浴的温度升高而降低。在DOP凝固浴中制得的膜的通量优于在大豆油凝固浴中制得的膜的通量。
[Abstract]:In this paper, microporous polypropylene membranes were prepared by thermally induced phase separation, and the effects of various factors on the properties of the membranes were investigated. Firstly, the diluent is screened by looking up the solubility parameters, combining with the transmittance curves of different concentrations of the system, and then testing the mechanical strength of various samples, after comprehensive consideration, the diluent is selected by the method of testing the mechanical strength of various samples. Polypropylene microporous membrane was prepared by mixed diluent of tauroamine (TA) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). Secondly, in TA-DBP-PP system, the influence of the concentration of tauroamine on the membrane performance was investigated by changing the mass concentration of tauroamine in the mixed diluent. With the increase of the content of TA in the mixed diluent, the flux of polypropylene flat-plate membrane increases gradually, and the fracture strength of polypropylene membrane decreases. Then, in the TA-DBP-PP system, the concentration of polypropylene was changed and the effect of the concentration of polypropylene on the performance of the membrane was investigated. With the increase of polymer concentration, the number of surface faces decreased and the pore size of the membrane decreased. When the concentration of PP is 20%, the pure water flux of the membrane can reach about 120L 路m-2 路h-1 路bar-1, the average pore size of the membrane is 3.2 渭 m, and the porosity of the membrane is 61%. Using two nucleating agents TH3988,NA-40, adding 2.4wt% NA- 40 nucleating agent, the pore size of polypropylene flat-plate membrane is smaller and the structure of membrane is compact, and the flat-plate membrane structure of 2.4wt% nucleating agent TH3988 is looser. With the increase of coagulation bath temperature, the flux and average pore diameter of polypropylene membrane showed an increasing trend. However, the mechanical strength of the membrane decreases with the increase in the temperature of the coagulation bath. The flux of membrane prepared in DOP coagulation bath is better than that of soybean oil coagulation bath.
