多孔阳极氧化铝模板法制备纳米线阵列

【摘要】:本文采用二次阳极氧化方法制备了多孔阳极氧化铝模板,同时制备了三角形、正方形、管状多孔阳极氧化铝模板,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了其形貌与结构,结果表明多孔阳极氧化铝膜为非晶态结构,其孔洞呈有序排列,孔径均匀,约为65nm。另一方面,研究了高温退火对多孔阳极氧化铝膜形貌的影响,结果发现多孔阳极氧化铝膜含有铝元素;当退火温度在900℃及以下,其形貌没有明显的变化,但当退火温度达到1100℃时,其表面却出现了熔化现象;多孔阳极氧化铝膜的结晶温度很大程度上取决于其厚度。 以阻挡层经过薄化处理的多孔氧化铝为模板,采用恒压电沉积法成功制备了有序Cu纳米线阵列,并用SEM、XRD等对该阵列进行了结构分析。结果表明Cu纳米线为面心立方结构,直径约为65nm,长度约为15μm,与所用多孔阳极氧化铝模板一致。
[Abstract]:In this paper, porous anodic alumina templates have been prepared by secondary anodizing method, and triangular, square and tubular porous anodic alumina templates have been prepared. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used to study the morphology and structure of the films.
