职工民主管理工作创新与实践

【摘要】：正实施背景在公司改革发展进程中,工会组织需要进一步发挥政治优势、组织优势和工作优势,不断拓宽企业民主管理渠道,充分发挥民主管理在凝聚人心、树立信心、群策群力、攻坚克难方面的独特优势和积极作用,构建规范有序、公正合理、和谐稳定的劳动关系,切实维护广大职工的合法权益,调动广大职工参与公司改革发展的积极性。
[Abstract]:Background in the process of corporate reform and development, trade union organizations need to further give full play to political advantages, organizational advantages and work advantages, constantly broaden the channels of democratic management of enterprises, give full play to democratic management in the cohesion of the hearts of the people, build confidence. We should work together to overcome the unique advantages and positive role of overcoming difficulties, build standardized, orderly, fair, reasonable, harmonious and stable labor relations, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the vast number of workers, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the vast number of workers and workers to participate in the reform and development of the company.
