概念等级视角下民主回落概念体系的构建

【摘要】：近年来,全球范围内出现了各种各样的民主回落现象。但由于相关概念的混乱和概念使用的混淆,致使对这些现象的认识存在争议。认识上的模糊不清阻碍了现实中新兴民主国家的民主事业发展。梳理"民主崩溃""民主腐蚀""民主回潮"和"民主衰退"四个基本概念之间的关系,构建民主回落的概念体系,提供各种民主回落现象概念化的路径,既有助于我们明晰对这些现象的认识,也有助于新兴民主国家的民主巩固和民主稳定。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been a variety of democratic pullbacks around the world. However, due to the confusion of related concepts and the confusion of concept use, the understanding of these phenomena is controversial. The ambiguity of cognition hinders the development of democracy in emerging democratic countries in reality. Combing the relationship between the four basic concepts of "democratic collapse", "democratic corrosion", "democratic return" and "democratic decline", constructing the conceptual system of democratic decline, and providing the conceptualization path of various democratic pullback phenomena. It not only helps us to understand these phenomena, but also helps to consolidate and stabilize democracy in emerging democracy.
