【摘要】：正完善国家治理是实现国家战略意图、推动科学发展的重要保障。在完善国家治理新形势下,国家审计作为国家治理的重要组成部分,应有效防范经济社会运行风险,积极健全经济社会运行机制,发挥揭示、抵御、改进和预防等"免疫"功能,在维护民主法治,保障国家安全,推动落实责任、透明、法治、廉洁、公平和正义等原则和理念,改善国家治理,进而实现国家的可持续发展等
[Abstract]:Perfecting national governance is an important guarantee to realize national strategic intention and promote scientific development.
