初中生人际冲突与应对:宜人性的调节作用研究

【摘要】:心理测量相关研究范式表明,宜人性人格特质能够显著调节人际冲突应对策略。但是,人际冲突策略的选择往往建立在对人际冲突情景知觉的基础上,人际冲突情景往往会影响冲突应对策的选择,在此背景下,本研究以宜人性特质对人际冲突、应对策略的调节作用是否受冲突情景因素影响为具体问题,连续进行了三个具体研究:研究一在修订测量工具的基础上,验证人格特质对人际冲突与应对策略的调节效应。具体而言,在低冲突强度情境中,宜人性人格与直接协调、退避和报复三种应对方式皆没有显著相关;而在高冲突强度情境中,与低宜人者相比,高宜人性者更倾向于使用直接协调应对,更少使用退避与报复应对。这初步表明宜人性人格对冲突应对的调节作用与冲突强度有关。研究二操纵冲突强度这一变量,考察冲突强度是否影响宜人性对人际冲突应对的调节。研究以初中生为被试,使用2(低冲突/高冲突)×2(低宜人性/高宜人性)的设计来探讨宜人性人格如何调节人际冲突应对方式。结果表明,第一,宜人性人格是人际冲突与直接协调应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强度的增强,低宜人性者将更少使用直接协调的应对方式。第二,宜人性人格是人际冲突与退避应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强度的增强,低宜人性者将更多使用退避的应对方式。第三,宜人性人格是人际冲突与报复应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强的增强,低宜人性者将更多使用报复应对的方式。研究三操纵冲突强度与冲突意向两个变量,考察冲突强度、意愿是否影响宜人性对人际冲突应对的调节。研究以初中生为被试,使用2(低冲突/高冲突)×2(低宜人性/高宜人性)×2(有意/无意)的设计进一步分析宜人性人格的调节作用。结果表明:第一,在有意情境下,宜人性人格是人际冲突与直接协调应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强度的增强,与高宜人性相比,低宜人性者较少使用直接协调的应对方式。在无意情境下,宜人性人格不会对直接协调产生显著的调节作用。第二,在有意的情境下,宜人性人格是人际冲突与退避应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强度的增强,与高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者将更多使用退避的应对方式。而在无意的情境下,宜人性人格将不会对退避产生显著的调节作用。第三,在有意的情境下,宜人性人格是人际冲突与报复应对之间的显著调节变量,随着人际冲突强度的增强,与高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者将更多使用报复应对的方式。在无意的情境下,宜人性人格将不会对报复产生显著的调节作用。通过三个研究得出的总结论是:测量学的相关研究范式中发现的调节作用会因为具体冲突情境因素而有变化,具体表现为:第一,当人际冲突中没有呈现意向刺激时,与高宜人性者相比,在高强度冲突下,低宜人性者更倾向于采用退避与报复应对方式,而较少采用直接协调应对方式;第二,当个体认为对方是有意导致冲突时,在高强度人际冲突情境下,与高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者更少使用直接协调应对方式,而是较多地采用退避与报复应对;第三,对于初中生而言,当个体认为对方是无意导致冲突时,宜人性人格不是人际冲突与应对方式的显著调节变量。总而言之,宜人性人格对人际冲突应对策略的调节是有条件的,即交往一方知觉到对方是有意导致的强度较高的冲突行为。这也意味着人格与社会知觉同时发生作用。
[Abstract]:Show that the psychometric paradigm, agreeableness personality traits can significantly regulate interpersonal conflict coping strategies. However, interpersonal conflict strategies are often based on interpersonal conflict scene perception, interpersonal conflict situations often affect the conflict should be the choice of countermeasures, under this background, the research on agreeableness trait on interpersonal conflict regulation of coping strategies is affected by conflict situations factors for specific problems, conducted a series of three specific research: Research Based on a revised measurement tools, verification regulation effect of personality traits on interpersonal conflict and coping strategies. Specifically, in the low intensity conflict situation, pleasant personality and direct coordination. In retaliation unintentional situations pleasant personality will not have a significant moderating effect on revenge.
