新手咨询师行为反思的轨迹变化

【摘要】：目的:探索新手咨询师在发展过程中关于自身行为的个人反思,从而了解其成长过程。方法:选取正在接受咨询技巧培训的25名研究生,收集其周记作为研究材料,使用扎根理论进行分析。结果:新手咨询师的成长主题是咨询师身份的扩张,表现为新手咨询师在培训的初期阶段,越来越多地采用咨询师框架来反思自己的行为,同时伴有理解深度降低,对行为评价更敏感,且对行为的判断力下降等现象。结论:新手咨询师成长过程中面临诸多困难和压力,需要更多的教育和培训。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the personal reflection of novice counselors on their own behavior during their development so as to understand their growth process. Methods: 25 postgraduates who are undergoing training in counseling skills are selected. Collect its weekly notes as research materials and analyze them with the root theory. Results: the growth theme of novice counselors is the expansion of consultant identity, which is manifested in the initial stage of training for novice counselors. More and more use of the consultant framework to reflect on their own behavior, accompanied by a lower depth of understanding, more sensitive to behavior evaluation. Conclusion: novice counselors face many difficulties and pressures in their growing up and need more education and training.
