80后企业员工成就动机、职业延迟满足与工作满意度的关系研究

【摘要】:企业员工的工作满意度一直是学术界和企业管理者高度关注的问题。随着80后 步入职场,他们逐步成为企业的新生主力军,调查了解80后员工的工作满意度显得 更为重要。本次研究以80后员工为调查对象,从成就动机、职业延迟满足和工作满 意度三个角度来展开。本研究采用问卷调查的方式,对320名80后企业员工进行了调查,旨在了解80 后企业员工成就动机、职业延迟满足和工作满意度的现状及在人口学变量上的差异 性,探讨成就动机、职业延迟满足和工作满意度的关系,并揭示职业延迟满足在成就 动机对工作满意度的影响中所起到的作用。通过调查分析得到以下结论:(1)80后企业员工具有较高的成就动机水平;职业延迟满足整体水平较高;工 作满意度水平处于中等偏上水平。(2)人口学变量对80后企业员工的成就动机、职业延迟满足和工作满意度产生 了不同程度的影响。(3)80后企业员工成就动机、职业延迟满足与工作满意度两两之间均呈显著正 相关。(4)80后企业员工成就动机、职业延迟满足对工作满意度具有显著预测作用。 成就动机对工作满意度有显著正向预测作用;成就动机对职业延迟满足有显著正向预 测作用;职业延迟满足对工作满意度有显著正向预测作用。(5)职业延迟满足在成就动机对工作满意度的影响中起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The degree of job satisfaction of enterprise employees has been highly concerned by academic circles and enterprise managers. Step into the workplace, they gradually become the main force of the new enterprise, investigation and understanding of post-80s employees' job satisfaction appears. More important. This study looked at post-80s employees from achievement motivation, career delay satisfaction and job completion. The purpose of this study was to investigate 320 post-80s employees by questionnaire. The status quo of achievement motivation, career delay satisfaction and job satisfaction of employees in post-enterprise and the differences in demographic variables. Sex, explore the relationship between achievement motivation, career delay satisfaction and job satisfaction, and reveal the relationship between career delay satisfaction and job satisfaction. The influence of motivation on job satisfaction. Through investigation and analysis, we can get the following conclusions: 1) the post-80s employees have high achievement motivation level, the overall level of career delay satisfaction is higher; Job satisfaction level is in the upper middle level. 2) demographic variables on the post-80s employees' achievement motivation, career delay satisfaction and job satisfaction produced. The achievement motivation, career delay satisfaction and job satisfaction of post-80s employees were significantly positive. Correlation. 4) the achievement motivation and career delay satisfaction of post-80s employees have a significant predictive effect on job satisfaction. Achievement motivation has significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction, and achievement motivation has significant positive predictive effect on career delay satisfaction. Job delay satisfaction had a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction. 5) career delay satisfaction played a part of intermediary role in the influence of achievement motivation on job satisfaction.
