正念训练对疲劳的干预效果探究

【摘要】:疲劳是一种常见于健康人群和其他身心疾病人群的问题,给工作、生活和身心健康带来困扰。疲劳的影响因素除了任务强度、工作时间等外在因素之外,还存在许多内在心理因素,因而越来越多的心理方法有效地应用于疲劳干预的领域。 正念训练是一种来源于东方禅修的身心训练方法,在临床领域已表现出对于疲劳的干预有一定的疗效,并有学者对其干预机制提出假设。本研究试图针对正念训练干预普通人群疲劳程度进行初步探索,并用实证研究对其干预机制的假设做出验证。研究共分为两个部分: 研究一探索了正念水平与疲劳程度的关系。实验有效被试共189人。其中男100,女87,2人性别信息缺失,年龄为18-50岁。填写五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、个人疲劳强度问卷(CIS)。结果显示,自我接纳对正念水平与疲劳程度起部分中介作用。 研究二探索了正念训练对疲劳程度的干预效果。实验有效被试46人,男25人,女21人,随机分为正念干预组和等待控制组,前后进行八周正念训练,并与两期训练前、中、后进行测评,测评包括五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)和个人疲劳强度问卷(CIS)。结果显示,相对于控制组,干预组正念总分(F=7.97,P0.05)、观察(F=3.98,P0.05)、描述(F=4.60,P0.05)、不反应(F=5.76,P0.05)维度显著提高,疲劳程度显示出了降低的趋势,没有达到显著(F=2.62,P=0.11),其中主观疲劳感分量表达到边缘显著(F=3.67,P=0.06)。 研究结论: 1、自我接纳对于正念水平与疲劳程度的关系起到部分中介作用,即正念水平越高的个体,倾向于具有更高的自我接纳水平,从而疲劳程度越低。 2、相对于等待对照组,正念训练显著提升了干预组被试的正念水平,显示出疲劳程度降低的趋势,主观疲劳感降低程度边缘显著。
[Abstract]:Fatigue is a common problem among healthy people and other people with physical and mental illness, which brings troubles to work, life and physical and mental health. The influence factors of fatigue are not only the task intensity, but also the working hours and other external factors. There are also many internal psychological factors, so more and more psychological methods are effectively applied in the field of fatigue intervention. Mindfulness training is a kind of physical and mental training method derived from the oriental meditation. It has shown a certain curative effect on the intervention of fatigue in the clinical field. And some scholars put forward the hypothesis of intervention mechanism. This study attempts to explore the fatigue degree of the general population intervention by mindfulness training, and verifies the hypothesis of intervention mechanism with empirical research. The study is divided into two parts:. The first study explored the relationship between mindfulness level and fatigue degree. There were 189 effective subjects in the experiment. The age is 18-50 years old. Fill out five factors mindfulness measure form FFMQA, self-acceptance questionnaire and personal fatigue strength questionnaire. The results show that self-acceptance plays a part in mediating the level of mindfulness and fatigue degree. The second study explored the effect of mindfulness training on fatigue. 46 subjects, 25 males and 21 females, were randomly divided into two groups: mindfulness intervention group and waiting control group. The results showed that compared with the control group, the total mindfulness score of the intervention group was 7.97% (P0.05), the observation was 3.98% (P0.05), and the dimensions of FFV 4.60 P0.05and unresponsive (5.76% P0.05) were significantly improved. The results showed that the total mental score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the total mental score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the results showed that the total mindfulness score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The fatigue degree showed a decreasing trend, and it did not reach the level of 0.11%, in which the subjective fatigue component was significantly expressed at the edge of 3.67% (P < 0.05). The study concluded that:. 1. Self-acceptance plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the level of mindfulness and the degree of fatigue, that is, the higher the level of mindfulness, the higher the level of self-acceptance, thus the lower the degree of fatigue. (2) compared with the waiting control group, mindfulness training significantly increased the level of mindfulness in the intervention group, showing a decreasing trend of fatigue, and the edge of the degree of subjective fatigue decreased significantly.
