挫折情境对外显自尊及内隐自尊影响的实证研究

【摘要】:本研究从深层心理学观点释义挫折,认为挫折是一种挫折情境对个体自尊的威胁,并通过两个行为实验来探讨挫折情境对个体外显自尊和内隐自尊的影响,以揭示挫折情境的心理本质。 本研究以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院的学生为被试,分别以Rosenberg自尊量表和内隐联想测验来测试被试的外显自尊及内隐自尊。实验一先通过贝克抑郁量表剔除有抑郁倾向的同学,从剩下的同学中随机抽取60名被试,分为4组,4种不同的实验处理,探讨挫折情境对外显自尊的影响。实验二随机抽取40名被试,分为2组,探讨挫折情境对内隐自尊的影响。 实验一的结果显示,控制组被试前测后测外显自尊基本没有变化,而实验组2和实验组3的被试在经历挫折情境后,外显自尊有不同程度的下降,特别是实验组3下降显著,表明实验处理3对被试产生了显著影响。比较三种实验处理对被试的影响,发现实验处理3与其他2种处理差异显著,而其他2种处理间并无显著差异。实验二的结果显示,被试前后测内隐自尊效应显著;在经历挫折情境后,被试的内隐自尊变化不显著,但两组被试内隐自尊均有不同程度的下降,且挫折程度越高,下降越多。 本研究可得出以下结论:(1)相比挫折前,个体的外显自尊在挫折后明显下降,且呈这样一种趋势,即随挫折情境引发的挫折感越大,下降得越多。(2)相比挫折前,个体的内隐自尊在挫折后的变化不明显,内隐自尊比外显自尊更稳定。
[Abstract]:This study interprets frustration as a threat to individual self-esteem from the perspective of deep psychology, and explores the effects of frustration situation on individual explicit and implicit self-esteem through two behavioral experiments. In order to reveal the psychological nature of frustration situation. This study takes the students of Hunan Railway Science and Technology Vocational College as subjects, Explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem were measured by Rosenberg self-esteem scale and implicit association test respectively. 40 subjects were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups to explore the effect of frustration situation on implicit self-esteem. The results of experiment 1 showed that there was no significant change in explicit self-esteem after pre-test in control group, but in experiment group 2 and experimental group 3, there was a significant decrease in explicit self-esteem, especially in experimental group 3, after experiencing setbacks. By comparing the effects of the three treatments on the subjects, we found that the differences between the three treatments and the other two treatments were significant, but there was no significant difference between the other two treatments, and the results of experiment 2 showed that there was no significant difference between the two treatments. The effect of implicit self-esteem was significant before and after the test, but the implicit self-esteem of the two groups decreased in different degrees after experiencing the setback situation, and the higher the degree of frustration, the more the decline. In this study, we can draw the following conclusion: compared with before setbacks, the explicit self-esteem of individuals decreased significantly after setbacks, and showed a tendency that the greater the frustration situation, the more the decrease. The change of individual implicit self-esteem is not obvious after setbacks. Implicit self-esteem is more stable than explicit self-esteem.
