社会支持、职业决策自我效能对中职生职业成熟度的影响研究

【摘要】:职业生涯教育的重要性日益凸显。对于职业教育而言,学生的生涯规划显得格外重要。开展中职生职业成熟度和职业决策自我效能的研究可以增进对中职生职业心理发展特点的了解,提升职业生涯辅导的针对性和有效性,也可以为职业生涯辅导效果的评估提供有力的依据。本研究探讨了中职生社会支持和职业决策自我效能对其职业成熟度的影响,同时探索了中职生职业决策自我效能在社会支持和职业成熟度之间的中介作用。本研究采用成熟的社会支持量表(肖水源,1990)、职业成熟度量表(刘慧,2004)和职业决策自我效能量表(Betz,Hammond,Multon,2005)对上海两所职业学校的中职生进行调查,收回有效问卷437份,有效率87.4%。研究结果如下:(1)中职生在职业成熟度的职业决策态度维度上存在显著的性别差异,而在社会支持和职业决策自我效能上不存在显著的性别差异。(2)生源地是农村或城镇的中职生在职业决策自我效能上表现出了非常显著的差异,并且这个差异在职业决策自我效能的每一个维度上都有体现;职业成熟度中的职业决策知识维度也表现出了显著的生源地差异。(3)中职生社会支持、职业决策自我效能与职业成熟度存在显著的相关,中职生的社会支持、职业决策自我效能水平可以预测其职业成熟度发展水平。(4)生源地为农村的中职生职业决策自我效能在社会支持对职业成熟度的关系中起完全中介效应;生源地为城镇的中职生职业决策自我效能在社会支持和职业成熟度间没有中介效应。本研究不仅为中职生职业生涯辅导工作提供理论依据,更是从实证角度启示教育者关注社会支持、职业决策自我效能和职业成熟度对中职生职业心理发展的作用。在实践指导中为学生们打造系统全面的职业生涯辅导体系。
[Abstract]:The importance of career education is becoming more and more important. The study of vocational maturity and career decision-making self-efficacy of secondary vocational school students can enhance the understanding of the characteristics of vocational psychological development of secondary vocational students, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of career guidance. It can also provide a powerful basis for the evaluation of career guidance effect. This study explored the influence of social support and career decision-making self-efficacy on the career maturity of secondary vocational students. At the same time, the paper explores the intermediary role of vocational decision-making self-efficacy between social support and career maturity. This study adopts the mature Social support scale (Xiao Shuiwei 1990, career maturity scale Liu Hui-heng 2004) and career decision making. The self-efficacy scale was used to investigate the secondary vocational students in two vocational schools in Shanghai. 437 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 87.4%. The results are as follows: (1) there are significant gender differences in career decision attitude dimensions of career maturity among secondary vocational school students. However, there is no significant gender difference in social support and career decision-making self-efficacy. And this difference is reflected in every dimension of self-efficacy of career decision; the dimension of knowledge of career decision making in career maturity also shows significant difference of students' origin. 3) Social support of secondary vocational students. There is a significant correlation between career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity. The level of self-efficacy of career decision can predict the level of development of career maturity. 4) the self-efficacy of vocational decision-making of secondary vocational school students from rural areas plays a complete intermediary effect in the relationship between social support and professional maturity. There is no intermediary effect between social support and career maturity in vocational decision-making self-efficacy of secondary vocational school students in cities and towns. This study not only provides theoretical basis for vocational career guidance work of secondary vocational school students, but also provides theoretical basis for career guidance of secondary vocational school students. It also enlightens educators from an empirical point of view to pay attention to social support, the role of career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity on the vocational psychological development of secondary vocational students, and to create a systematic and comprehensive career guidance system for students in practical guidance.
