绘本为主的读书治疗对小学中年级儿童自我概念的影响研究

【摘要】:自我概念是自我意识的重要组成部分,是人格的核心成分之一。自我概念是心理学研究的重要研究之一,也是小学生心理健康教育的重点。本研究采用读书治疗的方式,以绘本为工具,对自我概念水平较低的儿童进行辅导,为儿童自我概念的辅导增加一种新的可能,丰富了国内读书治疗领域的内容。本研究以自我概念为主题,开展辅导活动,对促进儿童的自我意识发展有着积极的影响。 本研究以问卷调查为基础,筛选出20名被试,实验组与对照组各10人。对实验组被试进行每周一次、共十次的绘本辅导方案的干预,对照组不进行任何绘本辅导方案的活动,,尝试探讨以绘本为主的读书治疗对小学中年级低自我概念儿童的影响,研究结果表明: (1)以绘本为主的读书治疗对小学中年级儿童有辅导效果,干预效果显著。 (2)以绘本为主的读书治疗能够有效提高小学中年级儿童的自我概念。 (3)以绘本为主的读书治疗对小学中年级儿童在自我概念中的行为、智力与学校情况、躯体与外貌属性、焦虑、幸福与满足等因子有显著改善,但合群因子未达到显著水平。
[Abstract]:Self-concept is an important part of self-consciousness and one of the core components of personality. Self-concept is one of the important researches in psychology and the focus of mental health education of primary school students. By using picture book as a tool, children with low self-concept level are counseled, which adds a new possibility to the guidance of children self-concept and enriches the content in the field of reading therapy in China. This study takes self-concept as the theme and carries out counseling activities. It has a positive effect on promoting the development of children's self-consciousness. Based on a questionnaire survey, 20 subjects were selected, 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. The subjects in the experimental group were interfered with the picture book counseling program once a week for a total of 10 times, while the control group did not carry out any activities of the picture book counseling program. This paper attempts to explore the effects of picture book based therapy on children with low self-concept in the middle and middle grade of primary school. The results show that:. 1) the reading therapy based on picture book has a good effect on the children in the middle grade of primary school, and the effect of intervention is remarkable. Reading therapy based on picture book can effectively improve self-concept of middle-grade children. 3) the reading therapy based on picture book improved significantly the behavior, intelligence and school condition, body and appearance attribute, anxiety, happiness and satisfaction of children in middle and middle grade of primary school, but the group factor did not reach the significant level.
