初中生社会支持、自我效能感关系与团体辅导干预研究

【摘要】：自我效能感是儿童心理发展的重要的心理素质,是学生心理健康重要指标;而社会化的影响因素,如社会支持一直都是青少年发展过程中重要影响因素。本研究意在探讨初中阶段,学生的自我效能感与其社会支持因素的具体的关系。本研究采用问卷法,以沈阳市第四十三中学253名同学为被试,探讨初中生社会支持及其维度与自我效能感的具体的关系;并在此基础上,对自我效能感与社会支持都相对较低的12名学生实施团体辅导的教育干预实验,对社会支持进行干预,继而调节改善学生的自我效能感。本研究得出以下结论:(1)初中生的社会支持总水平中等偏上。社会支持中三个维度主观支持、客观支持、与对支持的利用度在性别这一因素上没有显著差异。初中生社会支持总体及社会支持中主观支持这一维度在年级上有显著差异,初三显示出的数值明显比初一高。(2)根据调查数据及常模分析,初中生的自我效能感总水平处于中等偏上水平。自我效能感在性别这一分组变量上没有显著差异。在年级间,也没有明显差异。(3)初中生的自我效能和社会支持呈显著的正相关关系。而且,社会支持中的主观支持与对支持的利用度和自我效能感之间有着显著的正相关,且主观支持和对支持的利用度与自我效能感有正向的预测作用。社会客观支持与自我效能感之间没有显著的相关关系。(4)团体辅导干预过后,初中生的社会支持中的对支持的利用度有显著的改善,而主观支持和客观支持的维度的水平也有提高,同时自我效能感也有显著提升。
[Abstract]:Self-efficacy is an important psychological quality of children's psychological development and an important indicator of students' mental health. The purpose of this study is to explore the specific relationship between students' self-efficacy and their social support factors in junior middle school. Taking 43 middle school students in Shenyang as subjects, this paper discusses the specific relationship between social support and self-efficacy of junior high school students, and on this basis, 12 students with relatively low self-efficacy and social support were tested with group counseling to intervene in social support. Then adjust and improve students' sense of self-efficacy. This study draws the following conclusions: 1) the overall level of social support of junior high school students is higher than that of junior high school students. The three dimensions of social support are subjective support and objective support. There was no significant difference between the gender factor and the utilization of social support. There was significant difference in the dimensions of social support and subjective support in grade of junior high school students. According to the survey data and norm analysis, the overall level of self-efficacy of junior high school students is in the upper middle level. There is no significant difference in self-efficacy in gender group variables. There was no significant difference between self-efficacy and social support of junior high school students. Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between subjective support in social support and the degree of utilization and self-efficacy of social support. There was no significant correlation between objective social support and self-efficacy. There was no significant correlation between social objective support and self-efficacy. In the social support of junior high school students, the utilization of support has been improved significantly, while the level of subjective support and objective support has also been improved, and the sense of self-efficacy has also been significantly improved.
