新入职律师工作压力、心理健康及其关系研究

【摘要】:适度的工作压力是维持正常工作开展的必要条件,但过强、持续时间过长的工作压力会导致身心失调,产生生理、情绪、行为等方面的不良反应,进而影响其心理健康水平。而律师作为一种高压力、高风险的行业,由于高的工作压力势必会对其自身心理健康水平产生影响,尤其是刚入职的新律师,其面临事业、家庭等等多方面的压力,其心理健康水平更应该引起我们的关注。因此,本文结合当前社会背景,在研究律师心理健康和工作压力的基础上,提出了刚刚步入律师行业的青年律师的工作压力和心理健康的相关研究,以期发现当前新入职律师所承受工作压力的特点及对其本身心理健康水平的影响程度,这不但对于律师心理健康的研究具有重要的理论意义,同时也可以使青年律师自身更好地了解自身行业的特点,学会合理的化解各方面工作冲突,减轻因为工作压力过大对其自身心理健康水平带来的影响。另一方面,对于维护我国司法队伍的稳定与发展也有较高的建设性意义。 本文采用工作压力量表和SCL—90心理健康自评量表对河北省新入职的402名年轻律师进行了问卷调查。结果表明: (1)新入职律师感受工作压力总分高于理论均值3分,工作压力比较大。 (2)新入职男律师感受到的工作压力高于女律师,已婚律师感受到的工作压力显著高于未婚律师;30岁以下律师感受到的角色认知压力显著大于40岁以上律;从工作背景和氛围压力上40岁以上律师感受到的工作背景和氛围压力最大。 (3)新入职律师心理健康状况总体良好;在人际关系和偏执二因子上男性律师得分显著高于女性律师,未婚律师在人际关系因子上得分显著高于已婚律师,30岁以下律师在强迫和人际关系二因子上得分显著高于其他两组。 (4)新入职律师心理健康状况和其感受到的工作压力呈显著相关,并且工作压力中的自身发展压力、工作内源压力、组织压力、人际关系压力、职业发展压力等五因子对心理健康有明显的预测作用。
[Abstract]:Moderate work stress is a necessary condition to maintain normal work, but excessive and prolonged work stress can lead to physical and mental disorders, physical, emotional, behavioral and other adverse reactions. And lawyers, as an industry with high pressure and high risk, are bound to have an impact on their own mental health due to high job stress, especially new lawyers who have just entered the profession. The psychological health level of family and other pressures should be paid more attention to. Therefore, this paper, in the light of the current social background, studies the mental health and work stress of lawyers. In order to find out the characteristics of the working stress and the influence on the mental health level of the young lawyers who have just entered the profession, this paper puts forward the related research on the working stress and mental health of the young lawyers who have just entered the law profession. This not only has important theoretical significance for the study of lawyers' mental health, but also enables young lawyers themselves to better understand the characteristics of their own profession and learn how to resolve various working conflicts reasonably. On the other hand, it is of constructive significance to maintain the stability and development of the judicial team in our country. A questionnaire survey of 402 young lawyers in Hebei Province was conducted with the work stress scale and the SCL-90 Mental Health Self-Rating scale. The results showed that:. (1) the total score of working stress of newly employed lawyers is higher than the theoretical average of 3 points, and the work pressure is relatively large. (2) the new male lawyer felt more job pressure than the female lawyer, and the married lawyer felt the work pressure significantly higher than that of the unmarried lawyer under 30 years old, and the role cognition pressure of the lawyer under the age of 30 was significantly higher than that of the over 40 years old. From the work background and atmosphere pressure, over 40 years old lawyers feel the most pressure of work background and atmosphere. 3) the mental health status of newly employed lawyers was generally good, and the scores of male lawyers were significantly higher than that of female lawyers in the two factors of interpersonal relationship and paranoid ideation. The scores of unmarried lawyers in interpersonal relationship factors were significantly higher than those of married lawyers under 30 years old in the two factors of compulsion and interpersonal relationship. (4) the mental health status of newly employed lawyers was significantly correlated with the pressure they felt at work, and the pressure of their own development, internal work pressure, organizational stress, interpersonal stress, etc. Five factors, such as career development stress, have significant predictive effect on mental health.
