广西N市男同性恋心理社会特征及其影响因素的研究分析

【摘要】：目的:男同性恋社会歧视现象普遍,同时是艾滋病高发人群,已成为重要的社会问题之一。为了解男同性恋者心理社会特征及其影响因素,通过问卷及访谈的形式从五个方面进行研究分析。通过研究提出对策措施,减少歧视,改善男同性恋群体自身心理和情感问题,并为其他相关研究提供基础数据。方法:在阅读相关书籍并复习大量文献的基础上,通过座谈形式提出可能引起性取向改变的相关指标,对指标进行筛选,自制调查问卷。问卷形成初稿进行预调查,综合各方反馈并在专家的指导下形成问卷成品。根据金赛量表制作性取向评分表。采用整体随机抽样法,在广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心举办的大型公益活动中选取调查对象,同时招募男性同性恋志愿者从事问卷调查工作。用Epidata建库,SPSS16.0进行统计分析。结果:共374名调查对象符合纳入条件,并进行数据统计。1.基本人口统计学:有99.2%的调查对象年龄分布在15~55岁区间,平均年龄31.23±8.73岁。性取向评分分布情况:3分50人(13.4%),4分68人(18.2%),5分51人(13.6%),6分205人(54.8%)。2.性心理发育:有235人(62.83%)表示自己在青春期的第一个性爱慕对象是男性,有276人(73.80%)有对同性产生爱恋(或暗恋)的经历,性幻想对象为男性的有272人(72.73%),与男性发生过亲密的身体接触经历的有194人(51.87%),青春期有和男伙伴一起手淫或自慰经历的有150人(40.11%)。3.性情感体会:青春期有254人(67.91%)先与男性发生性行为,近两成曾有过与女性恋爱或发生亲密关系很受挫的经历。4.家庭生活环境:有157人(41.98%)在7岁前大部分时间与母亲相处,在儿童时期被父母打扮成女孩的有18人(4.81%)。201人(53.74%)从小和家中的姐妹一起玩耍长大。5.一般社会经历:264人(70.59%)在明确自己的性取向之前接触了同性恋知识。84人(22.46%)有长期(半年以上)生活在单一男性环境中的经历。认为生活中发生过某些特别的事件并对自己同性恋性取向的形成有重要影响的有87人(23.26%)。6.调查对象中,有12.30%和4.81%的人在18岁之前有过来自男性和女性的创伤性经历,且认为该创伤性经历导致其性取向发生变化。84人(22.46%)有被男性强迫自慰、口交、接吻的经历,35人(9.36%)有被男性诱奸或强奸的经历。男同性恋者性心理发育平均得分率为55.04%,性情感体会方面平均得分率为41.76%。素质性男同性恋者回答得分11.26±2.87分高于男双性恋者9.27±3.91分,差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。男素质性同性恋者和男双性恋在性心理发育、性情感体会、一般社会经历和创伤性经历这4个方面的平均得分及总分上差异具有显著性(p0.05)。在28个核心指标中,有14个在不同性取向分数的人群中得分率有显著差异(p0.05),其中性心理发育(6个),性情感体会(4个)。结论:本次的调查对象年龄跨度大,但主要集中在性行为较活跃的年龄段。素质性同性恋占到总体调查对象的一半以上,与国内外相关报道一致。青春期的性心理发育对于青少年性取向有影响;第一次性经历对性取向的形成有较大影响;是否与女性发生过性关系,体会过与女性的性快感,与是否成为同性恋没有必然联系,但与女性亲密接触时的受挫经历对性取向有影响;长期与母亲在一起或从小同姐妹一起玩耍,对男同性恋的性取向形成有影响;性取向固定前接触同性恋知识,对性取向的固定有促进作用;单一性环境和生活中的特殊事件对性取向的影响比较明确、不能被忽略;被动获得的创伤性经历对同性恋的性取向产生有较大影响。性心理发育、性情感体会、一般社会经历和创伤性经历这4个方面对男性性取向的形成有较大关系。性心理发育和性情感体会对男同性恋的性取向形成有影响,其中性心理发育对素质性男同性恋的影响更为广泛,创伤性经历对男双性恋的形成有一定意义。

Psychological development, emotional experience, social experience and traumatic experiences, these 4 aspects have a greater relationship on the formation of male sexual orientation. Psychological development and emotional experience of homosexual sexual orientation influence the formation and the development of sex psychology influence on quality of male homosexuality more extensive traumatic experiences on the formation of bisexual men have a certain significance.
