【摘要】:情绪调节自我效能感所探讨的是个体对能否有效调节自身情绪状态的一种自信程度,是个体对管理自己情绪状态的一种能力感,而自尊则是个体人格发展过程中自我的重要组成部分。在目前的研究中,对于个体情绪调节自我效能感和自尊水平的研究并不在少数,但多集中于大学生、高职生等学生群体,对于新生代农民工这一日渐庞大的群体研究少之又少。掌握我国现阶段新生代农民工的情绪调节自我效能感和自尊水平的真实情况,,对于进一步拓展情绪调节自我效能感及自尊在不同被试群体中的研究,并对新生代农民工群体调整自己的情绪体验进行正确引导,都有着非常重要的作用。 本研究通过结合问卷调查法和随机组实验设计,探讨了新生代农民工自尊与情绪调节自我效能感之间的关系,并通过干预实验对其间的关系进行了验证性研究。本研究由三个部分组成: 研究一:在河南省新乡市白鹭化纤集团、新乡市百货大楼、新乡市紫台一品置业三所单位随机选取215名新生代农民工被试进行了问卷调查,讨论了新生代农民工情绪调节自我效能感及其自尊水平的现状。 研究二:在研究一的基础上,对新生代农民工情绪调节自我效能感和自尊之间的关系进行相关分析。 研究三:设计以动作性经验掌握为基础团体训练方案,采用随机组设计实验研究了经验掌握是否能够提升情绪调节自我效能感,并通过情绪调节自我效能感的变化来进一步探讨其对于个体自尊水平的影响。研究设置实验组和对照组,实验组进行为期四周的经验掌握训练,对照组不做任何处理。 研究结果表明: (1)新生代农民工情绪调节自我效能感及其自尊水平与大学生群体相比较低,且在性别、学历水平、行业等方面差异不显著。 (2)新生代农民工情绪调节自我效能感与其自尊水平显著正相关。 (3)经验掌握训练对于新生代农民工情绪调节自我效能感的提升有显著作用,而受到情绪调节自我效能感提升的影响,其自尊水平也得到了显著提高。
[Abstract]:The self-efficacy of emotion regulation is the degree of confidence in whether one can regulate one's emotional state effectively, and the ability of individual to manage one's own emotional state.Self-esteem is an important part of self-development.In the current research, there are not a few researches on the self-efficacy and self-esteem level of individual emotion regulation, but most of them focus on college students, vocational college students and other student groups, but there is little research on the new generation of migrant workers, which is an increasingly large group.To grasp the real situation of the new generation of migrant workers' emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem level, to further expand the emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem in different groups of subjects.And the new generation of migrant workers to adjust their emotional experience of correct guidance, have a very important role.In this study, the relationship between the self-esteem of the new generation migrant workers and the self-efficacy of emotion regulation was discussed by means of questionnaire survey and random group experiment design, and the relationship between the self-efficacy and the self-efficacy of emotion regulation was verified by the intervention experiment.This study consists of three parts:Research 1: 215 new generation migrant workers were randomly selected from Xinxiang Bailu Chemical Fiber Group, Xinxiang Department Store, Xinxiang Zitai Yipingye, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, and 215 new generation migrant workers were investigated.This paper discusses the current situation of emotion regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem of new generation migrant workers.Research 2: on the basis of the first study, the relationship between emotional regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem of the new generation of migrant workers was analyzed.The third study: the design of group training scheme based on action experience mastery. The randomized group design experiment was used to study whether experiential mastery can improve the self-efficacy of emotion regulation.And through the change of emotional regulation self-efficacy to further explore its impact on the level of individual self-esteem.Experimental group and control group were set up, the experimental group was trained for four weeks, the control group did not do any treatment.The results show that:1) the emotional self-efficacy and self-esteem of the new generation of migrant workers were lower than that of the college students, and there were no significant differences in sex, education level, profession and so on.2) the emotional regulation self-efficacy of the new generation of migrant workers was positively correlated with their self-esteem level.3) experience mastery training plays a significant role in improving the self-efficacy of emotion regulation of the new generation of migrant workers, but affected by the improvement of self-efficacy of emotion regulation, their self-esteem level has also been significantly improved.
