亲子沟通与青少年内化问题的关系:心理一致感的中介效应

【摘要】:青少年内化问题(Internalizing Problems)其实质是指向个体内部的心理问题,主要表现为焦虑和抑郁。内化问题是青少年群体中最为常见,也最易被忽视的心理障碍,内化问题持续发展会对青少年成长及社会适应带来不可估量的消极影响。亲子沟通指父母与孩子通过交流信息、情感、态度,来达到增强家庭情感联系或解决问题的动态过程。高质量的亲子沟通对青少年心理发展具有保护作用,可以有效提升个体心理一致感水平,帮助青少年从容应对压力,因此提升亲子沟通质量有利于促进青少年心理一致感及其社会适应。本研究使用青少年行为自评量表(YSR)与亲子沟通问卷(PACS)、心理一致感量表(SOC)、对山东省济南市434名青少年及其父母进行问卷调查,分别考察青少年内化问题的特点以及亲子沟通、心理一致感与青少年内化问题之间的关系,检验心理一致感在亲子沟通与青少年内化问题之间是否存在中介作用,为预防与干预青少年出现的内化问题,缓解其情绪问题提供理论依据。本论文得出以下结论:(1)青少年内化问题存在显著的性别与学段差异,女生的内化问题水平显著高于男生,高中生的内化问题水平显著高于初中生。(2)青少年心理一致感存在显著的学段差异,初中生心理一致感水平显著高于高中生。青少年亲子沟通不存在显著的性别及学段差异。(3)青少年内化问题分别与母子沟通、心理一致感显著负相关,母子沟通与心理一致感显著正相关。父子沟通与青少年内化问题相关不显著。(4)心理一致感在母子沟通与青少年内化问题之间起中介作用。即母子沟通通过心理一致感间接作用于青少年内化问题。
[Abstract]:The essence of internalizing problems is to point to the internal psychological problems of the individual, which is mainly manifested in anxiety and depression.The problem of internalization is the most common and easily neglected psychological obstacle among the youth groups. The sustainable development of the internalization problem will bring incalculable negative effects on the growth and social adaptation of teenagers.Parent-child communication refers to the dynamic process by which parents and children communicate information, emotions and attitudes to strengthen family emotional ties or solve problems.High quality parent-child communication has protective effect on adolescents' psychological development. It can effectively enhance the level of individual psychological consensus and help teenagers cope with stress calmly.Therefore, improving the quality of parent-child communication is conducive to promoting adolescent psychological consensus and social adaptation.In this study, 434 adolescents and their parents in Jinan City, Shandong Province, were investigated by using YSRS) and Parent-Child Communication questionnaire (PACSS) and Psychological Conceptual scale (SOCX) to investigate the characteristics of adolescents' internalization problem and parent-child communication, respectively.The relationship between psychological consensus and adolescent internalization, to test whether there is a mediating effect between parent-child communication and adolescent internalization, in order to prevent and interfere with the internalization of teenagers.To provide theoretical basis for alleviating their emotional problems.In this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) there are significant gender and school segment differences in adolescent internalization problems, and the level of internalization problems of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.The level of internalization problem of senior high school students was significantly higher than that of junior high school students.There were no significant gender and school paragraph differences in adolescent parent-child communication. (3) the problem of adolescent internalization was significantly negatively correlated with mother-child communication, and significantly negatively correlated with psychological consistency, while mother-child communication was positively correlated with psychological consensus.There is no significant correlation between father and son communication and adolescent internalization. (4) Psychological consensus plays an intermediary role between mother-son communication and adolescent internalization.That is, mother-child communication indirectly affects adolescent internalization through psychological consensus.
