内隐学习和外显学习在篮球战术教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:本研究在前人研究的基础上对学生防守战术的获得进行了不同复杂情境的内隐学习与外显学习效应的比较,探讨篮球防守战术获得的最佳途径。本研究主要采用实验法、数理统计法、实验后学生访谈法。根据本课题研究数据和统计结果表明,内隐学习和外显学习都有利于对学生篮球防守战术的获得,但学生通过内隐学习比外显学习更有利于战术的灵活掌握,大大提高学生的战术执行率;采用内隐学习可激发学生的学习兴趣,调动内驱力的作用,进而提高学习的动机水平;在疲劳状态下自动瓦解篮球防守战术较少可能发生在内隐学习学会的知识,但对外显学习状态下学会的篮球防守战术(规则)则有比较大的损害;可以通过选择适当的教育指导和创设丰富的学习环境诱发学生内隐学习的产生,比如通过反复播放相关比赛录像、图示防守路线方案及原则、真实的教学比赛对抗;内隐学习和外显学习两者是相互协同的,而且在一定条件下可相互转化,甚至相互干扰,教师在篮球战术的教学总要注意把握内隐外显训练阶段结合的最佳顺序,引导激发学生的内隐学习,注意发挥内隐学习的优势效应,以此为依据为体育篮球战术教学提出建议,以便能够为篮球战术教学提供一些有价值的参考资料,从而使篮球战术教学更加有效、顺利的实施,也为后继的相关研究提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous studies, this study compares implicit learning with explicit learning in different complex situations for students' acquisition of defensive tactics, and probes into the best way to obtain defensive tactics in basketball. This research mainly adopts the experimental method, the mathematical statistics method, after the experiment student interview method. According to the research data and statistical results, implicit learning and explicit learning are beneficial to the acquisition of basketball defense tactics, but the implicit learning is more conducive to the flexible mastery of tactics than explicit learning. Using implicit learning can stimulate students' interest in learning, mobilize the role of internal drive, and then improve the level of learning motivation. Under the condition of fatigue, it is less likely to take place in implicit learning knowledge of basketball defensive tactics, but in explicit learning state, basketball defensive tactics (rules) can be damaged greatly. The implicit learning can be induced by choosing appropriate educational guidance and creating rich learning environment, for example, by repeatedly playing the relevant video of the game, showing the plan and principles of the defensive route, and the real confrontation of the teaching competition; Implicit learning and explicit learning are mutually synergistic, and under certain conditions, they can be transformed and even interfered with each other. In basketball tactics teaching, teachers should always pay attention to the best order of the combination of implicit and explicit training. In order to provide some valuable reference materials for basketball tactics teaching, we should guide and stimulate students' implicit learning, pay attention to the advantage effect of implicit learning, and put forward some suggestions for the teaching of sports basketball tactics. In order to make basketball tactics teaching more effective, smooth implementation, but also for the subsequent research provides some reference.
