自我价值感与情绪感受—调节能力和心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】:本研究探讨了“自我价值感”“情绪感受-调节”“心理健康”三个变量之间的关系。研究以大学生为被试,填写“青少年自我价值感量表”、“情绪感受与调节问卷”、“大学生心理健康问卷”(UPI)。通过统计分析方法探讨上述三个变量之间的关系,并对变量情绪感受-调节进行中介效应检验,经综合分析本研究发现: 大学生自我价值感存在性别差异,男生的自我价值感得分高于女生(M男=201,M女=203, t=.43, p.01);大学生情绪感受与调节水平存在性别差异,男生情绪感受与调节水平总分比女生高,(M男=36.28,M女=35.97,t=.399, p.01);大学生心理健康状况存在性别差异,女生UPI得分低于男生(M男=104.4,M女=101.6,t=.835, p.00),女生的心理健康水平高于男生。 自我价值感与情绪感受-调节显著正相关;自我价值感与心理健康显著正相关;情绪感受-调节与心理健康显著正相关。 自我价值感、情绪感受-调节对心理健康有预测作用。 结构方程模型显示大学生自我价值感对心理健康不仅有直接的影响,还通过情绪感受-调节对心理健康起中介作用,中介效应值为.588。且不同的自我价值感类型个体具有不同的情绪感受-调节水平以及心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:This study explored the relationship between self-worth and emotional perception-regulation and mental health. In this study, college students were selected to fill out the Self-worth scale for adolescents, the emotional perception and Adjustment questionnaire, and the Mental Health questionnaire for College students. The relationship between the above three variables was discussed by statistical analysis, and the mediating effect of emotion reception-regulation of variables was tested. Through comprehensive analysis, it was found that: The scores of self-worth of male students were higher than those of female students (203, t0. 43, p. 01), and there were gender differences in emotion feeling and regulation level of college students, the scores of male and female students were higher than those of female students (203, t0. 43, p. 01). The total scores of emotion perception and regulation in male students were 36.28% higher than those in girls, p. 01.There was a gender difference in mental health status of college students, and the UPI score of female students was lower than that of male students (104.4M / 104.4M / 104.4M / female / female = 101.6 / 835, p. 000.The mental health level of female students was higher than that of male students). Self-worth was significantly positively correlated with emotional sensor- regulation, self-worth was significantly positively correlated with mental health, and emotional sense-regulation was significantly positively correlated with mental health. Self-worth, emotion-regulation can predict mental health. The structural equation model shows that college students' self-worth not only has direct influence on mental health, but also mediates mental health through emotion sense-regulation, and the intermediate effect is .588. And different self-worth types of individuals have different emotional sensor- regulation level and mental health level.
