Meditation中“觉知力训练”对企业中高层管理人员大五因子影响的实证研究

【摘要】:研究人员经过自身的体证以及与各专家的交流、分析发现,所有东方文化(包括儒、释、道等)的核心,即着重体现为Meditation这一训练方式,而其中的觉知力的训练就是所有Meditaiton的核心,因此本研究选取就读的MBA学员、EMBA学员、企业高层、中层管理人员以及部分修行爱好者作为主要研究对象,针对这一社会群体中进行Meditation的觉知力训练这一行为进行研究。 研究人员在与专家访谈过程中发现,通过觉知力的训练,受训者不仅觉知水平得到了明显的提高,个体的人格表现也有了较大变化,尤其表现为情绪稳定性的提高、社会开放度的变化、以及对社会整体的责任心的提升等。进化人格心理学对人格是稳定还是可变的观点提供了新的思路,它认为人格因素是由于人类长期的对“适应性问题”的应对策略的变化,而发展出来一系列人格表现,换言之,个体的人格是可以进化的。因此本研究根据以上的研究现状,选取觉知力水平量表和大五量表,进行分析觉知力训练对于企业人的心理调适能力和人格因素影响的相关性。 本研究通过问卷调研、团体辅导的形式展开,研究结果显示,个体在觉知力水平层次的提高与大五人格量表中的五个因子具有显著相关;通过觉知力的训练,被试者不仅可以提高个体觉知力的水平层次,同时可以有效干预ExtraversionC社交性)水平。这在一定程度上支持了进化人格心理学关于“适应性问题”对于人格的进化的支持依据。同时,研究对于企业的现实意义体现为,觉知力的训练可以有效地提高企业人的心理健康水平和心理调适能力,长期的觉知力的练习,更是有助于增强企业人和组织的生命活力,为中高层管理者修养自身、完善内在人格、挖掘自我潜能提供了新的可能的视角。
[Abstract]:Through their own physical evidence and exchanges with various experts, the researchers found that the core of all Eastern cultures (including Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, etc.) is mainly embodied in the training method of Meditation. The training of awareness is the core of all Meditaiton. Therefore, this study selected MBA students, senior executives, middle managers and some practitioners as the main research objects. The behavior of Meditation awareness training in this social group was studied. During the interview with the experts, the researchers found that through the training of awareness, the trainees not only improved their awareness level significantly, but also changed their personality performance, especially the improvement of emotional stability. The change of social openness, as well as the promotion of responsibility to the society as a whole. Evolutionary personality psychology provides a new way of thinking about whether personality is stable or variable. It argues that personality factors develop a series of personality expressions, in other words, as a result of long-term changes in human coping strategies for "adaptive problems". The personality of an individual can evolve. Therefore, according to the above research situation, this study selects awareness level scale and Big five scale to analyze the relationship between awareness training and the psychological adjustment ability and personality factors of enterprise people. Through questionnaire investigation and group counseling, the results show that the improvement of individual awareness level is significantly related to the five factors in the Big five Personality scale. Subjects can not only improve the level of individual awareness, but also effectively interfere with the social level of ExtraversionC. To some extent, it supports the support of evolutionary personality psychology for the evolution of personality. At the same time, the practical significance of the study for enterprises is that the training of awareness can effectively improve the level of mental health and the ability of psychological adjustment of enterprise people, and the long-term practice of awareness. It is also helpful to enhance the vitality of enterprise people and organizations, provide a new possible perspective for middle and senior managers to cultivate themselves, improve their internal personality, and tap their potential.
