决策方式影响合作水平的研究

【摘要】：人类不仅有自我偏好,同时也有社会偏好。社会偏好是人类合作形成的基石。已有研究间接证明决策时间与合作水平呈负相关。本研究在已有研究基础上探讨决策方式(直觉决策和分析决策)对合作水平的影响,这对于人性理论和动机理论有重要的理论价值,而且对于社会管理和教育具有重要的现实意义。本研究测量合作水平的方法是公共品博弈范式。本研究共包括三个实验。实验一直接探讨决策时间、信任度以及冒险性与合作水平的相关关系。实验二探讨时间控制和社会价值取向对合作水平的影响。实验三采用启动范式操纵被试的决策方式,使被试倾向采用直觉加工或者分析加工完成实验任务,然后比较不同决策方式的合作水平。实验任务采用E-prime1.1编程。实验时让四个被试同时在四台电脑上完成任务。被试报酬根据公共品博弈游戏规则支付,尽量真实地模拟现实生活中的公共品困境现象。研究结果发现:(1)决策时间与合作水平呈显著负相关,即决策时间越短,合作水平越高。实验启动的决策方式对合作水平有显著的影响,直觉决策的合作水平显著高于分析决策。(2)社会价值取向对合作水平有显著影响,亲社会个体合作水平显著高于亲自我个体。信任度与合作水平呈显著正相关。(3)社会价值取向对决策时间与合作水平相关有调节作用,亲自我个体决策时间与合作水平呈显著负相关,亲社会个体决策时间与合作水平相关不显著。(4)信任度对合作水平与决策时间相关有调节作用,高信任组决策时间与合作水平呈显著负相关,而低信任组相关不显著。
[Abstract]:Human beings have not only self-preferences, but also social preferences. Social preference is the cornerstone of human cooperation. Previous studies have indirectly proved that decision-making time is negatively correlated with the level of cooperation. On the basis of previous studies, this study explores the influence of decision-making (intuitive decision making and analytical decision making) on the level of cooperation, which is of great theoretical value to the theory of human nature and the theory of motivation. And for social management and education has important practical significance. The method of measuring the level of cooperation in this study is the game paradigm of public goods. This study consists of three experiments. Experiment 1 directly explores the relationship between decision time, trust, and risk-taking and level of cooperation. Experiment two explores the influence of time control and social value orientation on the level of cooperation. In experiment 3, the participants tend to use intuitionistic processing or analytical processing to complete the task, and then compare the level of cooperation between different decision-making methods. The experiment task is programmed by E-prime1.1. In the experiment, four subjects were asked to complete the task on four computers at the same time. The participants pay according to the game rules of public goods game, and try to simulate the plight of public goods in real life. The results show that the decision-making time is negatively correlated with the level of cooperation, that is, the shorter the decision time, the higher the level of cooperation. The cooperative level of intuitionistic decision is significantly higher than that of analytical decision. The social value orientation has a significant influence on the cooperation level, and the cooperation level of pro-social individual is significantly higher than that of the individual. There is a significant positive correlation between trust and level of cooperation. (3) Social value orientation can regulate the correlation between decision time and level of cooperation, and the decision time of our individual has a significant negative correlation with the level of cooperation. The correlation between decision time and cooperation level of prosocial individuals was not significant. (4) Trust had a regulating effect on the correlation between cooperation level and decision time, high trust group had significant negative correlation with cooperation level, but low trust group had no significant correlation.
