团体辅导对专科生自我同一性发展的干预研究

【摘要】：自我同一性作为心理学领域的重要概念,在个人的成长过程中,特别在始成年期起着尤为重要的作用。本研究主要目的是探讨以双环模型为理论基础的团体辅导,对促进专科生自我同一性良性发展的影响。通过问卷调查筛选出符合实验要求的被试22人,匹配出实验组和控制组。本研究的自变量为以双环理论为基础设计的促进专科生自我同一性发展的团体辅导,因变量为实验前后被试在《自我同一性维度量表》中的得分。同时结合团体辅导效果记录表、领导者观察与成员体会反馈等质性材料的分析,对实验结果进行更深入的解释说明。本研究的主要结论如下：1.数据分析显示,自行设计的团辅方案对专科生自我同一性的五个维度有不同的影响,广度探索分数最高但变化不大,其他维度和总分均有显著提高。证明了自行设计的团辅方案对促进自我同一性的有效性；广度探索首先进行并且发展最好。2.对质性材料的分析说明了,以双环模型为理论基础的团体辅导对专科生自我同一性发展具有积极的促进作用；团体辅导的团体关系特点能够强化方案的效果,是十分有效的促进同一性的形成与发展的干预措施之一；双环模型的五个维度之间的关系得到一定的验证。
[Abstract]:As an important concept in the field of psychology, self identity plays a very important role in the process of personal growth, especially in the early adulthood. The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of group tutoring based on double-ring model on the development of self-identity of junior college students. 22 subjects who met the requirements of the experiment were selected by questionnaire, and matched the experimental group and the control group. The independent variables of this study are group counseling designed on the basis of double loop theory to promote the development of self-identity of junior college students. The dependent variables are the scores of subjects in the Self-identity Dimension scale before and after the experiment. At the same time, combined with group coaching effect record table, leader observation and member experience feedback and other qualitative material analysis, the results of the experiment are explained in more depth. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The data analysis shows that the self-designed region-assisted scheme has different effects on the five dimensions of self-identity of junior college students. The score of breadth exploration is the highest but the change is not significant. The other dimensions and total scores are significantly improved. It is proved that the self-designed scheme is effective in promoting self-identity, and the breadth exploration is the best. 2. 2. The analysis of qualitative materials shows that group counseling based on double loop model has a positive effect on the development of self-identity of junior college students, and the group relationship characteristics of group counseling can enhance the effect of the program. It is one of the most effective interventions to promote the formation and development of identity, and the relationship between the five dimensions of the double loop model has been verified to a certain extent.
