心理韧性在儿童少年家教方式与创伤间中介效应

【摘要】:目的探讨家教方式对儿童少年创伤症状的影响并建立结构方程模型,为健康干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,于2013年6—12月对辽宁省沈阳、大连、锦州、丹东、营口、辽阳6市筛检出创伤事件的1 793名儿童少年应用家庭教养方式量表、埃森创伤症状量表(ETI)、青少年心理弹性量表进行调查、分析及构建结构方程模型。结果学生性别、家庭教养方式及学生心理韧性对创伤症状有预测作用,可以解释创伤症状19.3%的变异量(P0.05);家庭教养方式对创伤症状有直接效应(λ3=-0.20,P0.05),家庭教养方式通过学生心理韧性对社区儿童少年创伤症状有间接效应(λ5=-0.27,P0.05),家庭教养方式通过直接效应和心理韧性的间接效应解释创伤症状24.2%的变异量。结论家庭教养方式通过学生心理韧性对社区儿童少年创伤症状起中介效应。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of family education on traumatic symptoms in children and adolescents and to establish a structural equation model to provide evidence for health intervention. Methods from June to December 2013, 1 793 children and adolescents in Shenyang, Dalian, Jinzhou, Dandong, Yingkou and Liaoyang of Liaoning Province were examined for traumatic events. Essen Trauma symptom scale (ETI) and Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale were investigated, analyzed and constructed structural equation model. Results students' gender, family rearing style and students' psychological toughness could predict the traumatic symptoms. It can be explained that the variation of trauma symptom is 19.3% (P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom (位 3 + -0.20% P 0.05), family rearing style has indirect effect on trauma symptom of children and adolescents through students' psychological toughness (位 5 + -0.27% P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom of children and adolescents in community (位 5 + -0.27% P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom. Direct effects and indirect effects of mental toughness account for 24.2% of the variation in trauma symptoms. Conclusion Family rearing style plays a mediating effect on traumatic symptoms of children and adolescents in community through students' psychological resilience.
