大一新生的羞怯、自尊与网络依赖的关系:交叉滞后分析

【摘要】:随着科学技术的进步和网络普及率的升高,网络使用者越来越多。大学生这一群体具有思想活跃,对新鲜事物勇于尝试等特点,加上网络的迅猛发展,这一群体理所当然成为网络使用的主力军,又是网络依赖的高发群体。在受益于网络的同时,过度依赖网络也给个体带来了很多心理问题,例如,提升羞怯水平,降低自尊等。鉴于此,本研究旨在探究刚入学的大一新生的羞怯、自尊与网络依赖之间的相关关系,并采用交叉滞后模型探究羞怯与网络依赖、自尊与网络依赖之间的相互预测关系。对山东某两所高校大一新生从军训结束后开始施测,要求每位被试完成羞怯量表、自尊量表和网络依赖量表,间隔一月对相同被试施测一次,共追踪施测三次。对数据进行交叉滞后分析,结果如下:(1)自尊得分有下降趋势,网络依赖得分有上升趋势,而羞怯得分是先上升后下降。(2)羞怯与自尊得分的稳定性是逐渐升高的,网络依得分的稳定性是逐渐降低的。(3)皮尔逊积差相关分析显示,三个时间点的羞怯之间的相关显著,自尊之间的相关显著,网络依赖之间的相关显著。在三次施测中,三个时间点的羞怯与网络依赖之间都呈显著正相关,自尊与网络依赖之间都呈显著负相关。(4)交叉滞后分析的结果表明,前一时间点的网络依赖对后一时间点的羞怯具有显著的正向预测作用,后一时间点的羞怯又进一步对下一时间点的网络依赖有显著的正向预测作用。另外,前一时间点的网络依赖对后一时间点的自尊具有显著的负向预测作用,前一时间点的自尊对后一时间点的网络依赖预测作用不显著。(5)第二时间点的羞怯在第一时间点的网络依赖与第三时间点的网络依赖之间起到部分中介作用。通过对羞怯、自尊与网络依赖之间的相互预测关系的探究,得出网络依赖与羞怯之间能相互预测,网络依赖与自尊之间只能单向预测,即前一时间点的网络依赖能预测后一时间点的自尊。同时发现,第二时间点的羞怯在第一时间点的网络依赖与第二时间点的网络依赖之间起到部分中介作用,说明除了羞怯之外还有其他因素在其中起作用。这些研究结果能为降低羞怯和提高自尊的干预措施提供实证数据支持。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the increase of network popularization, more and more network users are used. This group of college students has the characteristics of active thinking, bold to try new things, and the rapid development of the network, this group has become the main force in the use of the network, but also the high incidence of network dependence. While benefiting from the network, excessive reliance on the network also brings many psychological problems to individuals, such as raising shyness and reducing self-esteem. In view of this, the purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between shyness, self-esteem and network dependence in freshmen, and to explore the relationship between shyness and network dependence, self-esteem and network dependence by using cross-lag model. The first freshmen of two universities in Shandong province began to test after the end of military training. Each of them was asked to complete the shyness scale, self-esteem scale and network dependence scale. The same subjects were tested once every one month and followed up for three times. The results showed that the score of self-esteem decreased, the score of network dependence increased, and the score of shyness increased first and then decreased. 2) the stability of shyness and self-esteem increased gradually. Pearson product correlation analysis showed that the correlation between shyness, self-esteem and network dependence was significant at three time points. In the three tests, there was significant positive correlation between shyness and network dependence at three time points, and significant negative correlation between self-esteem and network dependence. The network dependence of the former time point has a significant positive prediction effect on the shyness of the latter time point, and the shyness of the latter time point has a significant positive prediction effect on the network dependence of the next time point. In addition, the network dependence of the previous time point has a significant negative predictive effect on self-esteem at the later time point. Self-esteem of the former time point has no significant effect on the prediction of the network dependence in the later time point. (5) the shyness of the second time point plays a partial intermediary role between the network dependence at the first time point and the network dependence at the third time point. Through the exploration of the relationship between shyness, self-esteem and network dependence, it is concluded that network dependence and shyness can predict each other, and network dependence and self-esteem can only be predicted in one direction. In other words, the network dependence of the previous time point can predict the self-esteem of the later time point. At the same time, it is found that shyness at the second time point plays a partial intermediary role between the network dependence at the first time point and the network dependence at the second time point, indicating that there are other factors in it besides shyness. These findings provide empirical data to support interventions to reduce shyness and improve self-esteem.
