大学生人格特质对问题性手机使用的影响:负性情绪的中介作用

【摘要】:采用《艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)》、《手机问题使用量表》和《正负性情绪量表》对700名在校大学生进行测量,探讨大学生人格特征、情绪与问题性手机使用之间的关系.研究结果显示:(1)精神质、外倾、负性情绪与大学生问题性手机使用行为存在显著相关,负性情绪与精神质和外倾呈显著相关;(2)中介效应分析显示,精神质、外倾和负性情绪对大学生问题性手机使用行为有直接影响,负性情绪在精神质、外倾与大学生问题性手机使用行为间起部分中介作用.当中介变量负性情绪出现时,精神质对问题性手机使用行为的变异解释量由原来的39%下降到25%,外倾对问题性手机使用行为的变异解释量由原来的25%下降到9%.因此,负性情绪在人格特质的精神质与外倾与问题性手机使用行为之间,发挥部分中介作用.精神质与外倾既可以直接影响问题性手机使用行为,也可以通过负性情绪间接影响问题性手机使用行为.因此,通过培养健全的人格品质,并通过管理情绪等减少大学生的负面情绪,可以在一定程度上缓解大学生问题性手机使用行为.
[Abstract]:The Chinese version of Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQ-RSC), the Mobile phone question use scale (EPQ-RSC) and the positive and negative emotion scale (EPQ-RSC) were used to measure 700 college students to explore the relationship between personality characteristics, emotion and the use of problematic mobile phone. The results showed that: (1) psychoticism, extroversion, negative emotion were significantly correlated with the problem mobile phone use behavior of college students, and negative emotions were significantly correlated with psychoticism and extroversion; Extroversion and negative emotion have direct influence on the problem mobile phone use behavior of college students. Negative emotion plays a part of intermediary role between psychoticism extroversion and university students' problem mobile phone use behavior. When negative emotion of intermediary variable appeared, the variation of mental quality to problematic mobile phone use decreased from 39% to 25%, and that of extroversion to problematic mobile phone use decreased from 25% to 9%. Therefore, negative emotions play an intermediary role between psychoticism and extroversion of personality traits and problematic mobile phone use behavior. Psychoticism and extroversion can not only directly affect the problem mobile phone use behavior, but also indirectly influence the problem mobile phone use behavior through negative emotion. Therefore, by cultivating sound personality quality and reducing college students' negative emotion through managing emotion, we can alleviate the problem mobile phone use behavior of college students to a certain extent.
