心理健康视角下的监狱警察情绪管理研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的高速发展,各行各业的职业群体压力不断加大,而监狱人民警察作为一个特殊的职业群体,集多种社会角色于一身,更加面临巨大压力。而为落实党十七大提出的“最大限度增加和谐因素,最大限度减少不和谐因素”的新目标,真正体现以人为本科学发展观的新理念,2008年在全国政法系统学习贯彻党的十七大精神和胡锦涛总书记重要讲话专题研讨班上提出要把刑释解教人员重新违法犯罪率作为衡量监管工作的首要标准,确保教育改造工作取得实效,这就对监狱警察工作提出了更高的要求,也给监狱警察带来了更大的工作压力,这给监狱警察职工的身心健康和工作带来隐患。高压力会给个体带来一定的情绪问题。对于监狱警察来说,这些负面情绪不仅会影响到他们个人,还会对他们的家庭和监狱,甚至整个社会造成较大的影响。因此,对监狱警察职工进行情绪管理方面的研究,分析其特点并提出针对性建议,具有十分重要的理论与实践意义。 本文参考了国内外大量关于情绪和情绪管理,以及监狱警察职工心理健康的文献,系统整理了国内外相关理论与实证研究,从心理健康的角度,通过问卷调查和个案访谈的方式对C监狱警察职工的情绪现状进行研究,分析个人情绪管理的特点及C监狱对警察职工情绪管理中存在的问题,通过对188名C监狱警察的问卷调查及部分警察的个案研究,得出如下结论: (1)C监狱警察的情绪管理能力水平较高。 (2)女性的情绪管理能力显著高于男性。从各因子来看,女性情绪调控能力、情绪表现能力、情绪觉察能力及情绪理解能力显著高于男性,在情绪运用能力上则不存在显著性差异。 (3)情绪管理能力在级别上存在显著性差异,从总分看,主任科员、科员的情绪管理能力均显著大于副主任科员。 (4)C监狱警察情绪管理能力在工作性质上存在显著性差异,从总分来看,科室警察的情绪管理能力高于监区警察。从具体因子来看,科室警察的情绪调控能力、情绪表现能力及情绪觉察能力显著高于监区警察,在情绪运用能力上则无显著性差异。 (5)ABC理论可以对监狱警察的情绪管理产生积极效果。 在问卷调查研究的基础上,文章结合个案访谈及作者本身的经验体会提出了应该从组织层面及个人角度做好监狱警察情绪管理,促进监狱警察心理健康的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the pressure of professional groups in various industries is increasing. As a special professional group, the prison people's police, as a special professional group, gather a variety of social roles, and face great pressure. In order to implement the new goal of "maximizing harmony factors and minimizing disharmony factors" proposed by the 17th National Congress of the Party, In 2008, in the national political and legal system to study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Party and the General Secretary of the Hu Jintao important speech seminar put forward to release the criminal release personnel again illegal crimes. Rate as the primary measure of regulatory work, To ensure the effectiveness of the reform of education, it puts forward higher requirements for prison police work, but also brings more pressure to prison police, which brings hidden dangers to the health and work of prison police staff. High stress can lead to certain emotional problems. For prison police, these negative emotions will not only affect them, but also their families and prisons, and even the society as a whole. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the emotional management of prison police staff, analyze its characteristics and put forward targeted suggestions. Referring to a large number of domestic and international literature on emotional and emotional management, as well as the mental health of prison police staff, this paper systematically collates the relevant theoretical and empirical studies at home and abroad, and from the perspective of mental health, By means of questionnaire investigation and case interview, this paper studies the present situation of the police staff in C prison, analyzes the characteristics of personal emotional management and the problems existing in the emotional management of the police staff in C prison. Based on the questionnaire survey of 188 C prison police officers and the case study of some police officers, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the emotional management ability of C prison police is higher, and (2) the emotional management ability of female is significantly higher than that of male. According to the factors, female emotion regulation ability, emotion expression ability, emotion awareness ability and emotion understanding ability were significantly higher than that of male. There was no significant difference in emotion application ability. (3) there was significant difference in emotion management ability. The emotional management ability of the officers was significantly higher than that of the deputy director. (4) there were significant differences in the nature of work of C prison police emotional management ability, from the total score, the emotional management ability of the department police was higher than that of the prison district police. According to the specific factors, the ability of emotion regulation, emotion expression and emotion awareness of department police is significantly higher than that of police in prison area. There was no significant difference in emotion application ability. (5) ABC theory can produce positive effect on emotional management of prison police. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to manage prison police's emotion and promote their mental health from the angle of organization and individual, combining with the case interview and the author's own experience.
