青少年谋害他人心理行为流行特征及其与童年期不良经历的关系

【摘要】:目的描述安徽省青少年谋害他人心理行为的流行特征,探讨青少年生长发育历程中童年期不良经历对青少年谋害他人心理行为的影响。方法分别从安徽省皖南、皖北、皖中每个片区选取1所普通初级中学和1所普通高级中学,每所学校每个年级各调查约320人(男女各半),共对5 726名初一~高三学生,使用自编“安徽省青少年健康情况调查问卷”,采用横断面调查方式,调查青少年在最近6个月的谋害心理行为发生情况,同时调查青少年一般情况与童年期不良经历发生情况等。结果5 726名中学生最近6个月有过谋害意念、谋害计划、谋害准备、谋害未遂4种谋害他人心理行为的报告率分别为9.9%,2.8%,1.3%,0.6%。不同性别、不同年级、不同朋友数量、不同自评相貌的青少年学生4种谋害心理行为报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.001);与父母关系较差的学生更容易产生谋害意念和谋害计划,自评学习成绩较差的学生更容易产生谋害意念、谋害计划和谋害准备,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.001)。童年期各种不良经历在男女生间差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.001)。童年期不同被欺凌经历(言语欺凌、关系欺凌、躯体欺凌)的青少年4种谋害他人心理行为(谋害意念、谋害计划、谋害准备、谋害未遂)报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.001)。各种类型的童年期被欺凌经历(言语欺凌、关系欺凌、躯体欺凌)均为青少年4种谋害他人心理行为的危险因素(P值均0.05)。童年期不同虐待与忽视经历(躯体虐待、情感虐待、性虐待、情感忽视、躯体忽视)的青少年4种谋害他人心理行为的报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.001)。各种类型童年期虐待与忽视经历(躯体虐待、情感虐待、性虐待、情感忽视、躯体忽视)均为青少年4种谋害他人心理行为的危险因素(P值均0.05)。童年期不同亲子分离情况的青少年谋害未遂报告率差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),童年期与母亲分离为青少年谋害未遂的危险因素(P0.05)。童年期遭遇不同家庭不良生活事件的青少年4种谋害他人心理行为报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.05),童年期遭遇不同学校不良生活事件的青少年谋害意念、谋害计划、谋害准备报告率差异均具有统计学意义(P值均0.05)。童年期遭遇来自家庭1~2种及3种以上不良生活事件是青少年谋害意念的危险因素,童年期家庭不良生活事件发生3种以上是青少年谋害未遂的危险因素,童年期学校不良生活事件发生4种及以上为谋害意念、谋害计划和谋害准备的危险因素(P值均0.05)。分别将青少年谋害意念、谋害计划、谋害准备和谋害未遂作为结局变量(因变量),将童年期虐待与忽视、童年期被欺凌情况、童年期亲子分离、童年期不良生活事件同时作为自变量,并将影响青少年谋害心理行为的人口学特征变量作为控制变量进行多因素回归分析,结果显示童年期情感虐待、性虐待、被同伴欺凌经历(躯体、言语、关系)、经历过4种及以上学校不良生活事件均为青少年谋害意念的危险因素(P值均0.05);童年期性虐待、情感忽视、被同伴躯体欺凌均为青少年谋害计划的危险因素(P值均0.05);童年期被躯体欺凌为青少年谋害准备的危险因素(P值0.05);童年期性虐待与躯体忽视均为青少年谋害未遂的危险因素(P值均0.05)。结论青少年谋害他人心理行为现象较为严重,应引起人们普遍关注。青少年谋害他人心理行为在不同人口特征上存在一定差异,童年期被欺凌经历、童年期虐待与忽视经历、童年期亲子分离经历及童年期来自家庭及学校不良生活事件都是造成青少年时期谋害他人心理行为的重要危险因素,应有针对性采取相应干预措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to describe the epidemiological characteristics of the psychological behavior of young people in Anhui Province, and to explore the effects of childhood bad experiences on the psychological behavior of young people during their growth and development. Methods 1 ordinary primary schools and 1 ordinary high schools were selected from each area of Southern Anhui, Northern Anhui and Anhui Province, each school was selected. About 320 students (half and half of men and women) in each grade and 5726 junior high school students were used to investigate the psychological behavior of teenagers in the last 6 months by using a cross-sectional survey to investigate the occurrence of psychological behavior of adolescents in the last 6 months. At the same time, the general situation of teenagers and the occurrence of bad experiences in childhood were investigated. Results in the last 6 months, 5726 middle school students have had an idea of ploy, plan for murder, prepare for harm, and 4 kinds of reports of attempted harm to others' psychological behavior, respectively, 9.9%, 2.8%, 1.3%, 0.6%., different sexes, different grades, different numbers of friends, and the difference of psychological behavior reporting rates among 4 young students with different looks. Learning significance (P value was 0.001); students with poor relationship with parents were more likely to produce harm intention and plan for harm. Students with poor academic performance were more likely to produce harm ideas, plan and prepare for harm. The difference was statistically significant (P value was 0.001). All kinds of bad experiences in childhood were statistically significant between men and women. The significance (P value was 0.001). 4 adolescents who were bullying and bullying in childhood (verbal bullying, bullying and physical bullying) had statistically significant differences in reporting rates (P values of 0.001). Bullying and physical bullying were 4 risk factors for adolescents' psychological behavior (P value was 0.05). There were 4 different reporting rates (P values, 0.001) of juvenile abuse and neglect in childhood (physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, physical neglect). All kinds of differences were statistically significant (0.001). Childhood abuse and neglect (physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, physical neglect) were 4 risk factors for adolescents' psychological behavior (P values were all 0.05). The difference in reported rate of attempted juvenile murder with different parental separation in childhood was statistically significant (P0.05), and childhood and mother were separated as green. The risk factors of attempted juvenile Ploy (P0.05). 4 young people who suffered from different family life events in childhood were statistically significant (P, 0.05), and the adolescents who suffered from different school life events in their childhood had their intention to plot harm, plan for harm, and the difference of preparation reporting rates were all of the difference. Statistical significance (P value is 0.05). Childhood experience from family 1~2 species and more than 3 kinds of bad life events are risk factors for teenagers to plot their ideas, and 3 kinds of bad life events in childhood are the risk factors for young people to commit suicide, and 4 kinds of unhealthy life events in childhood school are the idea of ploy to plot harm. The risk factors of planning and preparing for harm (P value are all 0.05). The young people are trying to plot their ideas, make plans for harm, prepare for harm and attempt to commit suicide as outcome variables (due to variables), the childhood abuse and neglect, childhood bullying, childhood parent-child separation, childhood ungood life events simultaneously as independent variables, and will affect young people to make harm. The demographic variable of psychological behavior was used as a control variable to carry out multiple factors regression analysis. The results showed that childhood emotional abuse, sexual abuse, peer bullying experience (body, speech, relationship), and 4 or more bad life events in school were all risk factors for teenagers to plot their ideas (P value is 0.05); childhood sexual abuse, emotion Neglecting and being bullied by the body were all the risk factors (P value of 0.05) for young people, and the risk factors (P value 0.05) of physical bullying in childhood, and sexual abuse and physical neglect in childhood (P 0.05). There is a serious concern. There are certain differences in the psychological behavior of young people in different demographic characteristics, childhood bullying experience, childhood abuse and neglect experience, childhood parent-child separation experience and childhood from family and school bad life events are the psychological behavior of young people. Important risk factors should be targeted to take corresponding intervention measures.
