关于在研究生复试考生和在校研究生中引入心理测验的研究
[Abstract]:The reform of graduate student training mechanism has been carried out on a pilot basis since 2006. As an important part of the reform, graduate enrollment examination reform has become the focus of active exploration by all enrollment units and scholars. In the same year, the Ministry of Education issued a special re-examination document to require schools to focus on the comprehensive quality and ability of students, and to test candidates' mental health, personality, innovative ability and other psychological evaluation. In this context, this study actively discusses the selection criteria of graduate students, that is, the excellent quality of the graduate students, and measures the quality of the candidates quantitatively by means of the mature test methods in psychology. The purposes of this study are as follows: first, from the point of view of competence, taking the graduate students as the sample, compile the Postgraduate competency questionnaire. Secondly, a set of scales can effectively identify the false subjects in the graduate competency test. Thirdly, by cluster sampling, the examinees who took part in the second interview in 2014 were investigated by questionnaire, and the developed scale was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. Fourth, the second examinee was invited to answer the Postgraduate competency questionnaire two weeks after the re-examination by email, and the demographic variables were analyzed. The results are as follows: first, the Postgraduate competency questionnaire consists of four dimensions: mental health, learning motivation, innovation quality and personal trait. The internal consistency coefficient of the scale is 0.79, and the content validity, structural validity and calibration validity also meet the requirements of measurement. Confirmatory factor analysis of the questionnaire shows that the statistical indicators are within the acceptable range. Second, the falsehood recognition scale is a single-dimensional scale, which consists of four topics. By factor analysis and generalizability theory analysis, we can know that the reliability and validity of the scale is high. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the different boundaries of the scale. In the process of using the scale, the corresponding dividing line can be determined according to the actual requirements, and the false subjects can be screened out. Third, the average scores of each dimension and total score of the candidates admitted in the second examination were about 3.84.3.They were in the upper middle level. There is no significant difference in demographic variables such as gender, only child, family location, etc. To sum up, the compilation of Postgraduate competency questionnaire and false Identification scale conforms to the requirements of statistical measurement, and can be applied in the practice of postgraduate re-examination.
