基于老年行为心理的城市公园设计研究

【摘要】：由于经济的迅速发展,科学医疗技术水平的进步,人均寿命的提高,使得全球人口结构趋于老化。如何为老人提供一个安度晚年的户外活动环境,成为园林规划设计人员的光荣使命。综合性城市公园以其优越的环境条件,成为众多老人户外活动的首选场地,因此为老人提供一个适宜的公园绿地环境,对老人身心健康的发展具有重大意义。本文应用实地考察、问卷调查,日常积累等方法,对天津市综合性公园老人使用情况进行调查,提出适宜老年人的综合性公园绿地建设的原则及要点,并以天津市北宁公园为例,提出适宜老年人使用的改造方案,使其更好地为老年人服务。全文包括五部分内容： 1、老年人特征及其对公园绿地的需求,主要包括老年人生理特征、心理特征及行为特征对公园绿地的需求。 2、对天津市两个综合性公园的使用情况进行实地考察,对老年人基本情况、活动特征及其对公园环境评价展开问卷调查,从而总结出天津市综合性公园绿地在适合老年人方面的建设中存在的问题并提出改进方法。 3、通过调研天津市综合性公园绿地,提出天津市公园绿地中老年人活动空间的建设原则和要点。 4、以天津北宁公园为例,在分析、总结北宁公园存在问题的基础上,以适宜老年人的综合性公园绿地建设的原则及要点为指导,对其在适合老年人建设中存在的不足进行改造设计。 5、以河西区柳林景区为例,总结居民区周边的老年人行为特点,根据行为心理学对周边景区做建设设计,将心理、功能和城市公共空间统一起来,进行综合设计。 综上所述,本文得出以下主要结论：初步建立了以需求层次理论、行为学理论、微气候学理论、人体工效学理论、游憩学理论、人性化设计和通用设计理论为基础的适宜老年人的综合性公园绿地建设的理论基础；总结影响老年人对公园利用的因素。提出适宜老年人的综合性公园绿地建设的原则及要点。最后将所得结论应用到具体实践中,对北宁公园从建筑、植物、水体、道路、设施、活动空间等方面,针对老年人的行为特点进行了全方位的改造,创造性的提出感官花园的设计方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the progress of scientific and medical technology and the increase of life expectancy, the global population structure tends to be aging. How to provide an outdoor environment for the elderly in their old age has become the glorious mission of garden planners. Because of its superior environmental conditions, comprehensive urban park has become the first choice for many elderly people's outdoor activities, so it is of great significance to provide a suitable park green space environment for the elderly to develop their physical and mental health. Based on the methods of field investigation, questionnaire investigation, daily accumulation and so on, this paper investigates the use of elderly people in comprehensive parks in Tianjin, and puts forward the principles and main points of green space construction of comprehensive parks suitable for the elderly. Taking Beining Park in Tianjin as an example, this paper puts forward a reform scheme suitable for the elderly so as to make it better serve for the elderly. The full text includes five parts: 1, the characteristics of the elderly and their demand for park green space, mainly including the physiological characteristics of the elderly, Second, the use of two comprehensive parks in Tianjin was investigated on the spot, the basic situation of the elderly, the characteristics of activities and the evaluation of the park environment were investigated by questionnaire. In order to sum up the problems existing in the construction of comprehensive park green space in Tianjin for the elderly, and put forward the improvement methods. 3. Taking the Liulin scenic spot in Hexi district as an example, This paper summarizes the behavior characteristics of the elderly around residential areas, designs the surrounding scenic spots according to behavioral psychology, unifies the psychology, function and urban public space, and carries on the comprehensive design. To sum up, the main conclusions are as follows: the theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of behavior, the theory of microclimate, the theory of ergonomics, the theory of recreation, On the basis of humanized design and general design theory, the theoretical basis of comprehensive park greenbelt construction suitable for the elderly is discussed, and the factors influencing the utilization of the park by the elderly are summarized. This paper puts forward the principles and main points of the construction of comprehensive park green space suitable for the elderly. Finally, the conclusions are applied to the concrete practice, and the Beining Park is transformed from the aspects of architecture, plants, water, roads, facilities, activity space, and so on, aiming at the behavior characteristics of the elderly. Creatively propose the design method of sensory garden.
