大学新生安全感干预研究

【摘要】:安全感是指对危险或风险的预感以及应对危机时的有力或无力感,包括确定控制感和人际安全感,具有可测量性和可干预性。大学新生处于人生的重要转折阶段,是否有安全感对大学新生适应新环境有重要的影响,对大学新生安全感的干预有助于其快速适应环境,健康成长。目的:基于安全感理论和团体心理辅导理论,设计一套适合大学新生安全感的团体心理辅导方案,在此基础上对大学新生展开系统的干预,以提高大学新生的安全感。方法:本研究采用前测、后测及追踪测的研究范式,以南昌市某大学的20名新生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10人。对实验组进行每周一次,每次120分钟,共10次的团体心理辅导干预,对照组不进行任何心理干预。本研究根据被试在《安全感量表》上的前测、后测及实验后三个月的追踪测得分来测量因变量的实验效果,并通过质性材料的分析对实验结果进行补充说明,来检验本次干预对大学新生安全感的影响。结果:(1)干预前,实验组与对照组的安全感水平无显著差异(M_实=3.018±0.441,M_对=2.981±0.356,P=0.590)(2)实验组干预前后安全感水平存在显著差异(M_前=3.018±0.441,M_后=4.318±0.243,P0.01)(3)对照组干预前后安全感水平无显著差异(M_前=2.981±0.356,M_后=2.975±0.310,P=0.817)(4)干预后,实验组与对照组在安全感水平上存在显著差异(M_实=4.318±0.243,M_对=2.975±0.310,P0.01)(5)干预后3个月的追踪测验结果显示,实验组成员的安全感水平与前测存在显著差异(P0.01),与后测无显著差异(P0.05)(6)对照组成员3个月后的追踪测结果与前测、后测均无显著差异(P0.05)结论:有针对性的团体心理辅导可以显著提高大学新生的安全感。
[Abstract]:The sense of security refers to the premonition of danger or risk and the sense of strength or powerlessness in dealing with a crisis, including the sense of certainty of control and the sense of interpersonal security, which are measurable and interventional. College freshmen are at an important turning point in their life. Whether they have a sense of security has an important effect on the freshmen adapting to the new environment. The intervention of the security of freshmen helps them to adapt to the environment quickly and grow up healthily. Objective: based on the theory of security and group psychological counseling, a set of group psychological counseling program suitable for freshmen's security was designed, and on this basis, systematic intervention was carried out on freshmen in order to improve the sense of security of freshmen. Methods: in this study, 20 freshmen from a university in Nanchang were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 10 in each group. The experimental group was treated with group psychological counseling once a week for 120 minutes, and the control group was not given any psychological intervention. In this study, the experimental results of dependent variables were measured according to the scores of pre-test, post-test and follow-up test three months after the experiment, and the experimental results were supplemented by qualitative material analysis. To test the impact of this intervention on college freshmen's sense of security. There was a significant difference between the security level of the experimental group and the pre-test (P0.01), but there was no significant difference with the post-test (P0.05) (6) the follow-up and pre-test of the control group after 3 months. There was no significant difference in post-test (P0.05) conclusion: targeted group psychological counseling can significantly improve the sense of security of freshmen.
