不同类型奖励对本科生社会创造性过程的影响

【摘要】:将95名本科生随机分为四组,通过实验法分别考察不同类型奖励对社会创造性的发散思维阶段、辐合思维阶段以及最终社会创造性的影响。结果发现,在社会创造性的发散思维阶段,表现奖励显著促进社会问题解决策略的流畅性和独创性;在社会创造性的辐合思维阶段,相较于表现奖励,参与奖励更大程度地促进社会问题解决策略的适当性;被试在发散思维阶段接受表现奖励,在辐合思维阶段接受参与奖励,其最终的社会创造性水平最高。结果表明,在社会创造性的不同阶段,不同类型奖励的作用存在差异。
[Abstract]:Ninety-five undergraduates were randomly divided into four groups. The effects of different types of rewards on social creativity were investigated by means of experimental methods, such as divergent thinking stage, convergence thinking stage and final social creativity stage. The results showed that performance reward significantly promoted fluency and originality of social problem-solving strategies in the divergent thinking stage of social creativity, and compared with performance reward in the convergent thinking stage of social creativity. Participation rewards promote the appropriateness of social problem-solving strategies to a greater extent, and the participants accept performance rewards in divergent thinking stage and participation rewards in convergent thinking stage, and their ultimate social creativity level is the highest. The results show that there are differences in the role of different types of rewards in different stages of social creativity.
