公职人员的共情、道德判断、道德同一性与微道德行为的关系研究

【摘要】：道德同一性即道德认同,定义为:个体基于自身对道德的追求,对其成为一个有德行的人的定位,涉及个体成为什么样人的想法,是个体对自我道德形象的自我概念图式。公职人员的微道德行为,即公职人员在平时工作中表现出来的,既定情境中影响较小、不易被重视的行为,且在职业道德中没有被明显规定的公职人员必须遵守的,但却是被公众所期待的,积累起来能够影响民众对政府信任的,可以产生社会效应的道德行为。共情通过激活人脑中一种特定的规范来影响道德判断,鼓励人们在道德行为有积极的情感体会追求,使个体更多的从事道德情绪,可以产生积极的道德行为的经验;道德同一性可以预测两难困境下的道德行为,对道德行为有着调节作用。微道德行为作为特殊的道德行为,共情、道德判断和道德同一性对其是否有着同样的作用是本研究的主要目的。本研究分为两个主要步骤:研究一为公职人员微道德行为问卷的编制,通过访谈、文献查阅和数据分析,得到具有良好信效度,包含亲和力、尊重和同情心三个维度的公职人员微道德行为正式问卷。研究二在研究一的基础上通过问卷调查探究了公职人员的共情、道德判断、道德同一性与微道德行为的关系,研究的结果表明:(1)公职人员的共情、道德判断和微道德行为存在着性别差异,女性在共情能力、道德判断、微道德行为表现上显著高于男性。(2)共情、道德判断、道德同一性与微道德行为之间存在显著的相关关系,且都可以用来直接地预测公职人员的微道德行为。(3)共情是道德判断与公职人员微道德行为之间的中介变量,且这一中介作用受到公职人员道德同一性的调节,即共情是公职人员微道德行为有调节的中介变量。
[Abstract]:Moral identity, which is defined as moral identity, is defined as the individual's self-concept schema of self-moral image based on his pursuit of morality, the orientation of the individual to become a virtuous person, and the idea of what kind of person the individual is. The micro-moral behavior of public officials, that is, the behavior that public officials show in their normal work, which are less influential and less valued in a given situation, and which are not clearly prescribed in their professional ethics. But it is expected by the public, accumulated to affect the public trust in the government, can have social effects of moral behavior. Empathy affects moral judgment by activating a specific norm in the human brain, encourages people to have positive emotional experience in moral behavior, makes individuals engage in moral emotion more, and can produce positive moral behavior experience. Moral identity can predict moral behavior in dilemmas and play a regulating role in moral behavior. As a special moral behavior, empathy, moral judgment and moral identity play the same role in this study. This study is divided into two main steps: the first is the development of the micro-moral behavior questionnaire for public officials. Through interviews, literature review and data analysis, we can find that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, including affinity. Three dimensions of respect and compassion for public officials micro-ethical behavior formal questionnaire. On the basis of the first study, the second study explores the relationship between public officials' empathy, moral judgment, moral identity and micro-moral behavior through questionnaires. The results show that: (1) empathy of public officials, There are significant gender differences between moral judgment and micro-moral behavior, and women are significantly higher than men in empathy, moral judgment and micro-moral behavior. (2) there is a significant correlation between empathy, moral judgment, moral identity and micro-moral behavior. It can be used to predict the micro-moral behavior of public officials directly. (3) empathy is the intermediary variable between moral judgment and micro-moral behavior of public officials, and this intermediary function is regulated by the moral identity of public officials. Empathy is a mediating variable of micro moral behavior of public officials.
