新手咨询师朋辈互助团体督导模型的构建与研究

【摘要】:我国的督导工作起步晚,督导工作缺乏完善的督导制度,而且地区发展也极不平衡。由于督导资源的缺乏,培训大多是一次性的团体督导形式,系统的个别督导非常少。在新手咨询师急切的个人成长需求和这种背景下,衍生出团体督导的一种变式,即朋辈团体督导。不同于有督导师参与的团体督导,朋辈团体督导是一组咨询师组织讨论关于心理治疗的各种情感体验,小组中的朋辈都是平等地位。本文尝试建构新手咨询师朋辈互助团体督导模型,旨在探讨该模型对高校心理咨询师、社会机构心理咨询师以及心理医生的可行性与有效性。本研究主要采用文献资料法、调查法、量表本土化、实验法,以江西省18名心理咨询师为实验对象,进行一学期的督导模型实践,验证新手咨询师朋辈互助团体督导模型在个人成长与技能发展的效果。研究结果表明:在新手咨询师朋辈互助团体督导模型中,相对于对照组,实践该模型的实验组咨询师都提高了咨询技能并且有统计学上的显著差异;各组咨询师的个人成长都没有统计学上的显著差异,但是实验组的咨询师,后测平均分都高于前测。研究结论是新手咨询师朋辈互助团体督导模型可以有效的提升新手心理咨询师的技能发展以及促进个人成长。
[Abstract]:Our country's supervision work starts late, the supervision work lacks the perfect supervision system, and the regional development is also extremely unbalanced. Due to the lack of supervision resources, training is mostly a one-time form of group supervision, the system of individual supervision is very little. Under the background of novice consultants' urgent personal growth demand and this background, a variation of group supervision is derived, that is, peer group supervision. Different from group supervision with the participation of supervisors, peer group supervision is a group of consultants to discuss various emotional experiences about psychotherapy, and the peers in the group are all equal. This paper attempts to construct a peer group supervision model for novice counselors, in order to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for college psychological counselors, social organization counsellors and psychologists. This research mainly adopts the literature method, the investigation method, the scale localization, the experimental method, takes 18 psychological counsellors in Jiangxi Province as the experimental object, carries on the one term supervision model practice, To verify the effectiveness of peer group supervision model for novice consultants in personal growth and skills development. The results showed that: in the peer group supervision model of novice counselors, compared with the control group, the consultants in the experimental group who practiced the model improved their consulting skills and had significant differences in statistics; There was no statistically significant difference in individual growth among the counsellors, but the average scores of posttest counsellors in the experimental group were higher than those in the pre-test group. The conclusion of the study is that the peer group supervision model of novice counselors can effectively improve the skills development of novice counselors and promote personal growth.
