商业模式创新中企业家心智模式演化过程研究

【摘要】：本文作为一个探索性研究,运用案例研究和扎根理论方法,以陕鼓集团为案例研究对象,探讨了商业模式创新情境下企业家心智模式演化过程。研究发现,"自我解构""同理转念""自我造梦""升维布局""自我更新"构成了商业模式创新情境下企业家心智模式的典型特征,五种心智模式状态的递进组合形成了企业级、行业级、事业级心智模式演化子进程,这三种子进程的递进组合最终形成了商业模式创新中企业家的心智模式演化过程。这一过程同时也是企业家对立统一思维方式交织变动的过程,是企业家心智格局逐步放大、心智范围逐步拓宽的过程,是与企业的商业模式创新协同互动的过程。
[Abstract]:As an exploratory study, this paper discusses the evolution process of entrepreneur's mental model in the context of business model innovation by using case study and rooted theory method, taking Shaangu Group as the case study object. It is found that "self-deconstruction", "empathic transformation", "self-dream creation", "ascending dimension layout" and "self-renewal" constitute the typical characteristics of entrepreneur's mental model in the context of business model innovation, and the progressive combination of five mental models forms the enterprise level. The progressive combination of these three subprocesses forms the evolution process of entrepreneur's mental model in business model innovation. At the same time, this process is also a process of intertwining and changing the mode of thinking of entrepreneur's unity of opposites. It is also a process in which the entrepreneur's mental pattern is enlarged step by step, and the mental range is gradually broadened. It is also a process of synergistic interaction with the innovation of enterprise's business model.
