高中生心理控制源、时间管理倾向与成就动机的关系研究

【摘要】:目的:本着理论和实践相结合的原则,深入了解高中生心理控制源、时间管理倾向和成就动机的特点,多角度探讨高中生心理控制源、时间管理倾向和成就动机的群体特征和三者之间的相互关系,为学生学会科学合理的对自我对事件的归因、对时间的支配和对成功的追求提供切实可行的依据。方法:主要以《内在—外在心理控制源量表》、黄希庭和张志杰编制的《青少年时间管理倾向量表》以及《成就动机量表》为研究工具,对我校551名普通高中学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)高中生心理控制源属于偏内控型,在年级变量上存在显著差异,在性别、住宿条件和家庭来源变量上不存在显著差异;高中生时间管理倾向整体处于中等偏上水平,在年级和性别变量上存在显著差异,在住宿条件和家庭来源变量上不存在显著差异;高中生成就动机高于平均水平,在年级、性别和住宿条件变量上存在显著差异,在家庭来源变量上不存在显著差异。(2)心理控制源与时间管理倾向及其三个维度呈显著的负相关,即内控的学生在时间管理倾向及其三个维度上得分高,而外控学生得分低。(3)心理控制源与成就动机呈显著的负相关,内控的学生在追求成功的动机水平上得分高,而外控的学生在避免失败的动机水平上得分高。(4)时间管理倾向及其三个维度与成就动机呈显著相关,即追求成功的动机水平与时间管理倾向总分及其三个维度呈显著正相关,避免失败的动机水平与时间管理倾向及其三个维度均呈负相关。(5)心理控制源对时间管理倾向及其各维度有较强的预测力,时间管理倾向及其各维度对成就动机有较强的预测力,即心理控制源通过时间管理倾向对成就动机产生影响。结论:高中生随着年龄的增长越趋内控,时间管理能力和成就动机亦越强,男生的时间管理能力和成就动机均高于女生,走读生的成就动机高于住校生,同时心理控制源、时间管理倾向与成就动机之间存在着密切的关系,时间管理倾向在心理控制源与成就动机之间起着中介效应。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the principle of combining theory with practice, to deeply understand the characteristics of high school students' psychological locus of control, time management tendency and achievement motivation, and to probe into the locus of psychological control of high school students from various angles. The group characteristics of time management tendency and achievement motivation and the relationship among them provide a practical basis for students to learn to attribute themselves to events scientifically and reasonably, to control time and to pursue success. Methods: the Intrinsic and extrinsic locus of Control scale, the Adolescent time Management disposition scale developed by Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie, and the Achievement motivation scale were used as the research tools. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 551 ordinary high school students in our school. Results: (1) the locus of control of high school students belongs to the type of partial internal control, there is significant difference in grade variables, but there is no significant difference in sex, accommodation and family source variables; The time management tendency of senior high school students is in the upper middle level, there are significant differences in grade and gender variables, but there is no significant difference in accommodation conditions and family source variables; The achievement motivation of high school students was higher than the average level, and there were significant differences in grade, sex and accommodation variables. There was no significant difference in family source variables. (2) there was a significant negative correlation between locus of control and time management disposition and its three dimensions, that is, students with internal control had high scores on time management disposition and their three dimensions. (3) there was a significant negative correlation between locus of control and achievement motivation. (4) time management tendency and its three dimensions were significantly correlated with achievement motivation. That is, the level of motivation for success is positively correlated with the total score of time management inclination and its three dimensions. The level of motivation to avoid failure is negatively correlated with time management tendency and its three dimensions. (5) locus of control has strong predictive power to time management tendency and its dimensions. Time management tendency and its dimensions have strong predictive power to achievement motivation, that is, psychological locus of control has influence on achievement motivation through time management tendency. Conclusion: the higher the age, the stronger the time management ability and achievement motivation of senior high school students, the higher the time management ability and achievement motivation of male students are, the higher the achievement motivation of walk-in students is than that of resident students, and the other is the locus of psychological control. There is a close relationship between time management tendency and achievement motivation, and time management tendency plays an intermediary role between the locus of control and achievement motivation.
