家庭功能对中学生自杀意念的影响:有调节的中介效应

【摘要】:目的:探讨家庭功能对中学生自杀意念的影响机制。方法:采用家庭功能问卷、青少年心理韧性量表、抑郁自评量表和青少年自杀意念量表对647名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)家庭功能、心理韧性与中学生自杀意念呈显著负相关,抑郁与中学生自杀意念之间呈显著正相关;(2)抑郁部分中介了家庭功能与中学生自杀意念之间的关系;(3)心理韧性对抑郁的中介作用具有调节效应,心理韧性调节了中介过程的前半路径和后半路径。结论:家庭功能对中学生自杀意念的影响是有调节的中介效应,其中,家庭功能既直接影响中学生自杀意念,也通过抑郁影响中学生自杀意念,心理韧性增强了家庭功能对中学生抑郁和自杀意念的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the influence mechanism of family function on suicidal ideation in middle school students. Methods: 647 middle school students were investigated by family function questionnaire, adolescent mental toughness scale, self-rating depression scale and adolescent suicide ideation scale. Results: (1) Family function, mental toughness and suicidal ideation of middle school students were negatively correlated, depression was positively correlated with suicide ideation of middle school students, (2) depression partly mediated the relationship between family function and suicidal ideation of middle school students. (3) Psychological toughness has a regulating effect on the mediating effect of depression, and psychological toughness regulates the first half and the second half of the mediating process. Conclusion: the influence of family function on middle school students' suicidal ideation is a mediating effect. Family function not only directly influences middle school students' suicidal ideation, but also affects middle school students' suicidal ideation through depression. Mental resilience enhanced the influence of family function on depression and suicidal ideation of middle school students.
